well... the first time they officially are bf and gf is episode 25 but before that they almost start one ep 19 but no then he askes her out ep 21 they go out and end up fighting so it takes til 25 then they break up ep 27 (noble idiocy) get back together like officially officially ep 32 and don't break up again but there are things keeping them apart not by their choice though.
