Yes!!! I saw that (sorry for the late reply though ^^") and I'm so proud of them. But I felt so mad because they didn't need to keep apologizing or saying that they promise to get better, they're already amazing and beautiful, I swear I almost cried

I would go will good acting but lacking story because if the acting is truly amazing, it can make any dull story great. But with bad acting and a good story, it just doesn't get the same feeling with it. You'd never really the potential of the actual story if your're to disgusted/disappointed with the story, right?
haha Well then, feel free to give me any ideas. I'm actually planning on going into the screenwriting field.

I almost died with yesterday's episode, it's pretty much dead set that Eun Sang is going to end up with Tan now and Young Do looked like he was ready to jump a cliff.
I was hoping that since they had a couple of episodes left, they would at least have Eun Sang play with the idea of being with Young Do especially since, like you said, she is starting to care for him. Like maybe going on a date with him, being able to talk to him vice versa, making him into the real second lead he was supposed to be but the writers just crushed him.

With how things are nowadays, nothing is original so cliches and tropes are to be expected. Without them, despite what people say, there wouldn't be a story.
I do not like Park Shin Hye's character here. I mean, yes, she does usually play the shy but hardworking girl in most of her dramas but it's because she plays them well. Here in Heirs, it's just different. The writers are definitely struggling between making her character strong and independent or weak and needy

I think that Heirs would've been much better if it took place in a private university rather than high school. It would have matched their ages a lot better (not that they're not doing the best they can with what they've got) and to me, it would just make more sense. All the students are supposed to be preparing themselves to take after their parents and I think it would have been more interesting in college
Oh, jeez, I can't even answer that lol I'm so behind the drama trends, I'm surprised I'm even caught up with Heirs to be honest

I haven't had the chance to watch the Taiwanese version of Playful Kiss yet but I heard that it's supposed to be the best one with the new Itazura na Kiss - Love In Tokyo coming in second

For me, (Heirs) is the opposite of the example comment you just gave. The acting is good enough for the most part but the story itself is lacking. But I think the writers succeeded in what they originally wanted to do. They wanted to do an American-styled show and they did (the story's dragged out, full of hormonal teenagers, bullying, etc etc) but the problems lies within the fact that American-styled show and Korean-styled shows are completely different both acting and story-wise. They tried to mix the two together and I think that's where it sort of messed up, they didn't put the right balance of both styles together in a decent way, it's a bit choppy. (Sorry, ranted a little)
It is quite annoying. A discussion should be a discussion, not a dead end. And thank you ~ I like talking to you too, the conversation is continuous so it's interesting.

I actually want to start doing drama/movie reviews so I'm hoping my winter break will give me time to do so but since I'm online school, I guess it mostly depends on whether or not I still have work let over to catch up on ^^"
