I enjoyed reading it! THANK YOU SO MUCH! THIS is the article that I've been dying to read because it's like what you said no one talks about the process of translating dramas. I'm working on studying Korean and continuing studying Japanese. With a bit of the addition Italian and German, but my focus is mostly on Korean and Japanese. Its a bit more easier to grasp the pronunciation and grammar for those two languages due to me being familiar with them compared to like German.
