Exactly!!! He should just get a "mouth double" RJL has fantastic chemistry in his romance dramas but when it comes to the kiss scenes it just pales in comparison and it becomes a bit disappointing.
Shout out to all the actors/actresses that made this drama enjoyable.....That being said,.......WTF WITH THE ENDING!!!! What sort of wretched fate is that (referring to ML character) from start to finish, he couldn't enjoy happiness or peace? Also Allen Ren fans do you know of any drama where he actually had proper kiss scene
It's an interesting drama no doubt... I ve been so reluctant to start this drama bc I noticed that the ML is always sacrificing himself and never admitting his feelings in his dramas which can be frustrating... I'm on epi 21 and I'm thinking of dropping it if it's going to end painfully again like in "princess Agent"....
It's a miracle the FL still has her arm attached to her body, the rate at which the ML kept pulling her arm was abit exhausting to watch... And don't even get me started on the kiss scenes... Overall, I can't tell if it's the script or the execution of the drama that seems off to me. (IMO)
This was definitely worth the watch... It's a 9.5 for me... But am I the only one who doesn't understand the ending? especially the last scene,.... Are they alive or not?

Once again mangotv has damaged another drama that would have brought joy to me...😭😭 How is it that mangotv is still functioning with its terrible subtitles...😡😡😡 I ve missed out on watching some good dramas because of their messed up subtitles... It's been decades now and they still can't fix their sub issues? SMH... I wonder if there is a place to petition for them to shut down or something... 🤦♀️
This drama would have been enjoyable for me if I could find where to watch it without all the cuts... The one I found on youtube and hitv is like a compilation of clips it's really annoying. 😩😩😩...

Twas as if they were both afraid to kiss properly or something. Compare the kiss scene between the princess and officer Shen against the ML & FL.
Honestly I ve seen worse dramas and this isn't so bad, As long as u don't focus on the abusive side of it... The chemistry was hot, I almost asked if this was a k-drama... C-dramas are never this bold.

Definitely better than most dramas i ve seen recently... Deserves an 8/10... I wish they made atleast one steamy kiss scene... Overall its worth watching
This is what I love in kdramas... Matured actors/actress, funny, fantastic kiss scenes, romance, .. i mean what more could i ask for.... For me its 9/10... High rewatch value!
1st of all, I'm a die hard Xianxia fan but I'm struggling seriously to watch this drama . 2ndly ,for the life of me I'm unable to watch/enjoy any of Dylan's drama... 3rdly, can someone pls shoot this FL, I don't know if its the role she's playing or its her acting but she's really really really hard to swallow!
For those who first got discouraged with this drama like me, I want to say "STICK WITH THIS DRAMA" it's soooo worth it... I picked and dropped this drama 3 times ... Finally 3rd time was the charm , once I got over the first 5 episodes, it became interesting... Definitely has rewatch value i give it 8.5.... love it love it love it , welldone!
