Title Love in Pavilion Spoiler
Is there like a “natural” sort of place to stop watching as a fake ending where I can just pretend they lived happily ever after? Like, should I stop after their wedding? Or sometime during the last episode? Or another place?

Title The Story of Pearl Girl Spoiler
Wtf is wrong with Chinese writers this year I just got raw 7 drama with sad ending! My heart can't handle the…
I heard Fangs had a special ep 35 to make it a happy /hopeful ending. Also, Love’s rebellion has a HE.

It’s definitely a happy ending. Idk why some are saying it’s an open or sad ending. I think some people aren’t…
Yeah, I get it. I still prefer more lovey-dovey at the end too, but I’ll take the happy ending regardless, lol.

Review Dawn Amidst Hidden Clouds Spoiler
Idk, I don’t really watch costume dramas for the believability though, lol. So the ending was totally good with me. But I suppose I’ll take a happy ending over a believable one anyway. Lol.

Guys I don't think this is an Open Ending though? I think it's clear that he came back in the last second and…
It’s definitely a happy ending. Idk why some are saying it’s an open or sad ending. I think some people aren’t satisfied unless they see a wedding and children. If you want more details about what to expect…..

SPOILER INCOMING….

So, near the end we are left with the assumption that the ML has left in order to die from poison alone in a few days or weeks after saving the FL. Then it skips to *a year later* and we see FL with her gang and one of them mentions, ‘oh the new lord chancellor is wanting us to come work for him. He says we are too good to just be working here.’ To which the FL blows this off saying that they are good how they are (or something along those lines). Then the FL sits down in the front of the pharmacy to process some herbs while she daydreams about ML (montage time), which is interrupted (screen goes black) by the ML’s voice saying (something like) “so are you really not going to take that job?” Then we see the FL look up slowly to somewhere near her with dawning surprise and wonder. Then “The End.”

Yes, I get we all want to physically see the ML, but it’s obviously his voice and she slowly looks up with increasing surprise, so it’s not like she just had a momentary auditory hallucination and snapped her head up. So, what else would it possibly mean except for that he’s actually there? Clearly, since it’s been a year, the ML did not die from the poison and has (as implied per the earlier conversation) probably even become the new lord chancellor. Of course, we’d all like to know more details about how he survived, etc, but regardless, he’s there and alive and they both have shown that they want to be together, so I totally agree, it’s a happy ending.
