I love the drama but I can read critiques. I'm an adult so discussion is welcome that's how it's should be. This series probably not for everyone. You're right a little bit similar to Princess Weiyoung for the basics. The screenwriters are different but the same director. However I find SOG way so much better than Weiyoung. For me it has something to do with the leads and the rest of the cast. And I love the story which reminds me of Arrows On The Bowstring though different period - both female trained kicked-ass martial arts expert but with flaws. On the latter mentioned drama she was an expert archer & in martial arts.

Lol! I agree. It's a matter of paying attention. It's funny I watched some episodes again and I've discovered some new details which I haven't noticed before.

Hi! I know her voice... but it's not that annoying compared to Tiffany Tang for me. It's very good. I've watch 4 of her historical dramas and I find her acting great and has good chemistry with her male leads. Check out Scarlet Heart - heart wrenching love story she's the lead same thing with Imperial Doctress. Very good stories that you barely see in C-dramas now a days.

For me this is just a mediocre spy drama. Disappointed! Don't like the female lead - terrible.

This is actually a very good drama! Remarkable. Great acting of course the leads are veteran actors, fantastic story. Female badass!
