Lee Sun Kyun will be sorely missed.
Absolutely beautiful, I have now watched this K Drama 3 or 4 times and it never disappoints. With an ending that gives the viewer, their minds eye on how it concludes. The surrounding stories are dark, joyful and upsetting. The cast in entirety were fantastic. (Lee Sun Kyun will be sorely missed.) The writing was sublime. I will definitely follow more of Park Hae Young work. The sound track fits in beautifully with the show and really stirs up the emotions. This was also My first introduction to IU as an actress. ( I must be the only person who didn't know she is one of K-pops biggest stars) and I can see her becoming a titan in the film industry already proving herself in another wonderful show, When Life Gives You Tangerines, but for Me, Lee Sun Kyun is just Magnificent, the role must have been written for him I can't think of a single actor that could have portrayed Park Dong Hun any better. Kudos to everyone who worked on this, it's not just a Korean classic, it is most definitely a Global Classic.

WTF
With this cast this should have been so much better. A 13 year vendetta story, were the bad guy isn.t a bad guy and a love story that is luke warm at best. This story lost it's way from the beginning. Too many recaps a wardrobe that Imelda Marcos would have envied. If you truly like thriller vendettas skip this altogether, and watch The Glory, They'll show you how this should be done. 3 days of my life I will never get back...Was this review helpful to you?
