I can't believe none of this happened to Kris Wu, a freaking serial rapist and pedo, because of course the victims…
As a Chinese, I agree! If someone is wrong, they should be taught then get a punishment fitting for their mistakes. He took a photo! Not like he went to worship or pay respects to anyone in the temple, he deserve a second chance. The government here is not always reasonable... they even banned tattoos from appearing on TV because they believed it can make teenagers rebel... They ate getting too much trust on this page..
I'm confused as to why there are so many leaks already since they started filming recently, don't get me wrong,…
Leaks are indeed not legal to take or share but contrary to the popular belief, it does not actually cause harm to the dramas. They do not change their props or costume because the photos got out, it is too much work. All chinese dramas have leaks anyways so it is not a big deal, unless the photographer of leaks cause any problems in the shooting process (like a photographer of Haoyixing leaks got beaten up by the staff because they would not let them work properly) or harass the actors or reveal vital information. If the drama makers themselves are not complaining about leaks then it means they do not care about it and it is not causing them any hassle. ^o^
I hope he would get a legal punishment and it would cost him more than his career. People say celebrities are more likely to be falsely accused but they forget that celebrities are also more likely to commit crimes due to their high status and the fact that they can get away with it thanks to their fans, money, power and government corruption in asian countries. 1 girl can lie, 30+ girls can't!
I think It need to be normalized. Person of any gender or attraction can like straight romance without any questions…
Sometime when even fans put down danmei, I start feeling like I am weird for liking it! I do not expect anything from outsiders because they never saw danmei so their opinion does not matter, but fans... Why do fans have to act like this? You try your hardest to explain your hobby to others but then fans just say they have shallow motives for liking Danmei and make it look like everyone is like that.

I do not understand this either! Why does reading about two people in love make them feel guilty just because they happen to be men? :( someone even said "It's not always healthy and I am sure the sane among us realize that." and I do not know if I misunderstood but it sound like they are saying enjoying gay romance is unhealthy? That is just weird. I do not see a big deal in liking or writing Danmei.
While we anxiously wait for Immortality, I have a general question about the BL/Danmei genre purely out of curiosity.…
I think It need to be normalized. Person of any gender or attraction can like straight romance without any questions asked, why should it described as guilty pleasure and warrant an explanation if they like gay romance? I am a straight boy so I cannot say for girls but I like it because Danmei involves my favourite genres such as Wǔxiá, Xiān xiá, Chuānyuè and two male characters mean more fighting scenes! It is more than just romance! And maybe girls like to write gay romance because they wish male main character in straight romance would act like them? Whatever is the reason, I think it is okay! Junji Ito writes books with female main characters but he is not a girl yet I don't see anyone asking him why he wrote Tomie! Writing is to use imagination, it would be a waste if they only write their own experiences or ordinary book! If I was a writer, I would not even hesitate in making my main character a turtle just for fun haha.
