I expected them to drag childhood for 20 eps. it was a surprise they skipped it quickly. Of course normally there are something fishy in the past so they drag it but except FLs, other leads didn't have any common history. Although I'd like to know if FL remembers Se Ran was her friend and her mother sold her or not.


May I ask what do you like about childhood arc? I'm not a fan of childhood meetings/sweethearts so that's a large factor of my own dislike for them.

It's 120 eps and the name is thrid marriage, so plenty of time to have a baby, get divorce and remarry.

I must say I'm happy they didn't duel in the childhood or teenage years. One of my problems with Makjangs is that they sometimes start from when the leads are conceived and by the time they'd reach the time the opening scene happened (drowning here), I've long lost my interest. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Exactly. She had the perfect opportunity to slowly ruin One but her hasty and emotional actions costed her, her life.

We must wait and see how he was adopted and what do Sims think has happened to their son. I think this adoption isn't something public and I didn't mean imposter as in the chairman put him as such but that K knows the rightful heir is alive and wants to get rid of him so it naturally makes him one.

I don't remember the details and maybe am getting it mixed up, but wasn't there a real Na Ae-Kyo as well? Joo Seok Hoon's bio mom who looked a lot like SSR, teamed with her to get revenge on JDT and she was the one who died in that explosion or something?🤔
