It's literally not even real coke. They made zcoke for this drama only, and as PSH isn't very much into soda drink, i doubt she was even drinking cola, especially Coca-Cola.
Btw there were some theories from kdrama stans that it's not coca-cola but zcoke because they wanted to boycott and show that you can change that drink with anything. Coca cola ain't the only thing to drink.
