Sorry for the late reply!! Yes I was quite surprised when I saw that Yu Cheng is in this as well!! Personally I’m all about plots and acting when it comes to drama watching but I really don’t mind watching something for fun, you said YBC plays an immature character and that already makes me excited about watching this lol. Yeah I heard people complaining about the romance part and the inaccuracy from the Dong Hua. I’ve seen the trailer months ago and sadly I only remember thinking that this is gonna be one of be “those” dramas filled with tropes and cheap looking CGIs, but I don’t really mind because it’s obvious they were making this under a low budget. I also don’t mind talky bits…okay those things I said were all just my initial thoughts but I’ll definitely give this a try :)
Also thanks for the suggestion! 😊 I’ll definitely check out that drama. I wish people would cast him more as the main role because the only other drama I know of that he’s in is Men with Sword.

Yesss I know right? 🤣 It’s kind of ironic that the fan fiction pumps out faster than the translations, this is no way a complaint and I would totally understand if they’re super busy with life but *sighs* kind of wished they said more if they’re going on a hiatus and not just disappear on us and leaving us hanging. I know translating novels requires the skill to use proper structured words and it takes time and effort so I really love and appreciate what they can accomplish. I just know by the time when the next chapter comes out I’m gonna have to read the whole novel again because I’m gonna forget some parts of the story. Totally no hate here, instead if you think about it the whole thing shows how much we appreciate the translators work. Hope they come back soon. 🤣🥲
Okay 5 minutes into the show and there's already something that cracks me up, the sound effect coming from the clashing of their swords sounds like someone took a 90's RPG sound file and put it into the drama. No hate or anything, I just cannot take it seriously lol.
I'm curious of Yi BoChen's acting in other roles, he was really good in Killer and Healer and that's the main reason why I want to watch this but seeing these comments....I'm not so sure anymore lol.
I love the translators but I feel like someone has to pick up translating the novel because it’s been literal months since the last update, yes we can buy the original novel in Chinese but I’m not great at reading Chinese characters and some of us can’t even read Chinese at all. I know it’s definitely not an easy work and it costs time and effort but still..🥲 Also does anyone know what happened to the translators? Also side note : I love that people are still appreciating this drama :)
