Maybe not everyone agrees but I much preferred they all remained single and sought help to deal with their issues,…
Yeah, because people using relationships to fix, or better even, to avoid fixing their individual problems never happens in real live. Three people "seeking help" and solving their issues to be the perfect partner afterwards would have been the realistic take? Sure. Must be nice to live in this fantasy....
Loved the first episode and episodes 2 to 5 were alright enough for me not to drop this, I guess. Episode 6 is some of the worst slop I've forced myself to watch for a long time. My resolution for the new year will be to not swallow homophobic dead fish kisses and uncomfortable pseudo-intimate scenes anymore. I'm going to - consequently and without exception - downvote every drama and series for that, starting with World of If and the almost equally bad Therapy Game. There are enough series to choose from these days and not all viewers are 14-year-old girls, giggling and screaming at the mere thought of boylips touching. Thank you for listening toy rant!
I want to highlight the directing brilliance of Nuchy via two homecomings, because in these scenes, Nuchy is showing…
There are brilliant, insightful takes on stories and dramas like the one above, that are a treat to read. And then there are people, whose media illiteracy is so bad, they have never heard of "show, not tell" and think, Gun's acting is bad, because he didn't shove his tongue down the throat of a character they themselves are fetishizing about.
To me, the chemistry of the leads was genuinely good.
Of course the chemistry was good! There's just some strange people, who think hating on the main couple on every show makes them edgy and special somehow.
stalker trope? dang I was planning to watch but now it is a big no for me, thanks for the warning
Really? Nah, as long as you're not another 14-year-old victim of new American puritanism, spending too much time on the internet trolling, and juggling words you have yet to grow into, don't worry, you will be just fine giving this one a try.
What's up with those annoying background noises? Are they supposed to be funny? Or are they supposed to tell us, when something is funny, because they don't trust in their writing, editing or acting to be comedic enough for us to realize when to laugh? Wouldn't be wrong making that assumption, I guess.
the only thing I didn't like was they going to force some gl plot again it's like when the heteros are forced…
Not a fan of forced GL subplots in BL either, but, holy f*ck, this has to be the most disgustingly misogynistic comment and the worst us-versus-them-attitude I've read or heard in a long time. Oh, pilot looks amazing, by the way!
Thank you for listening toy rant!
