this drama is so bad that I want to just keep watching it lol. it's like riding a bumpy bus. you know your in for a tough ride but the sucker for thrill ( romance in this case) keeps you on. if I had to hate on this drama 4 eps in i could right an essay but here i am waiting for ep5.

I tried to watch this drama when it aired but even 2-3 eps in it was not of the same quality as the other drama's it aired with. took me some time but I watched it 1 month later and 8 episodes in I found its charm and weakness. the storyline is very 2010-2015 era like. possibly the reason most people in the comments dont like it and I liked it. absurdity and plot aside I felt CSW the ML has lost his acting skills during his hiatus. he is unable to make a face portraying interest or love it sort of locks up in a outside observer's expression, acting skills aside if you are ok with a 2010's era storyline it's not a bad watch.

honestly it's a struggle watching this drama. i usually binge drama's in a 10-12 hrs but 2 days in and I found it a struggle to watch anymore of this. i know the pacing in j-drama is different to korean and Chinese dramas but this was a burden to watch. storyline aside since that was an expected over the top fictional situation with no sensible continuity. i blame the comments on this thread for wasting my time on this

i would not recommend it as a good watch , however this is on my despiration list having finished most popular K-drama's. watching without expectations on storyline, healthy decision making ability of characters, it's a decent watch for the small town experience and rich man poor girl genre fans (without the fancy lifestyle). my personal rating for this is 6/10

the love square in itself was a weak one , the issue with this drama was not who and how many people love who. it was in the type of relationships they had being toxic. All I can say without spoiling is some people in the relationship expected / requested commitment while commiting to others in a one sided manner as well.

this drama should not be called "Warm & Cozy" it should be called Toxic Relationships. it's amazing how much they try to normalise toxic relationships.

i started watching this drama since it's the orignal from which family by choice was derived. while i usually favour K-drama's, there is never going to be a version better than this. storyline , acting it's the first C-drama I want to give a 10/10 to. while the drama managed to tell a beautiful story across time jumps, the progression slowed down in the middle with a lot of fillers and had a rushed ending making 40 episodes seem less. i strongly recommend this drama for anyone deciding to watch or not.

it took me 5 tries and 1½ years to finish this drama. I struggled with the duality of this drama. From the storytelling style (direction) to the acting and OST's i always found it to be a 10/10 add to that my favourite trope of time travel/soul travel. However the storyline itself (script) was such a letdown building up great suspense and excitement of possibilities only to drop the ball so hard on what was behind all that suspense add to that bringing in a 2nd unnecessary suspense element. This drama is the epitome of dreaming of great possibilities and having the dream team but failing due to the script writing. Maybe the orignal story does it justice and has the required depth which was cut to match the screenwriting elements and 12 episode limit. i cannot in good faith to all other elements rate it below 7.5 but 0 would be a highscore for whoever bothched the possibilities of a great script.

it's boring as can be for a crime Mystery and it's oddly placed slapstick comedy is cringe . all i can say is I am so k-drama deprived this torture is ok for now

my rating for this would be 8.5/10. There is just something about this show it gives out multiple season possibilities and would have possibly benefited from more episodes if not. The show took a pivot pretty early on from being based on a personal case to nurturing multiple cases and carried each episode with equal parts thrill and drama. Strong display of skills from Jang Na Ra and Yuna, they carried the show. Nam Ji Hyun took a while to ease in and could have been more expressive I did come to this drama for her. Strongly recommend to anyone wondering if they should watch.

i wouldn't say it's bad , it's more of a confusing follow through, the drama is decent dare i even say good on the romance and backstory part however, there is no sense of continuation the writer changes their mind like 10 times on the direction of the plot and the ending feels rushed , some storylines were forced an ending should have been 16 episodes to push it up from decent drama.

just because a certain opinion is negative, against yours don't go branding it as "hate". Commenting be it positive or negative is to give a heads up to our fellow community members that a certain drama is not as indicated by MDL ratings and tags. Anyone can say "I quit this drama" but leaving a comment is the decorum of an community member to warn fellow watchers of what to expect and to save people in case a certain drama is a waste of time/ grossly misrepresented by the ratings.

every week I come back to this drama thinking it couldn't get any worse right? wow the writers make it worse yet again. left a comment after 12 episodes to those who told me it gets better after episode 2. now we are at episode 14 and FL is trying to re-seduce the villain after spending 10 episodes trying to dump him. tell me please where do u see "character development" this story is like S&M. we are the M's and writers are S they whip us with a worse episode every week. strongly recommend watching perfect marriage revenge over this. same premise done in a way better manner. i just feel rage for wasting 14hrs on this drama

wrote this review at ep2 and will write it again at ep12. This still seems like a terrible remake of the perfect marriage revenge theme. 70% of this drama is done and yet Kang ji won has had no character development beyond a semi backbone. The reason for her breakup with YJH is literally double standards. This series is literally going in circles. plot seems to move ahead but the ML's are pretty much in the same situation, single and oppressed by some enemy who they realistically don't need all that much planning to overcome.

had this rated at 8.5 as a slightly above good drama as it provided multiple swoon worthy romance scenes with some semblance of chemistry. it was good enough to be the industry staple for the genre but ep14-16 were crash and burn moments. it's like once they hit ep14 writers realised way too many unanswered questions and instead of answering them writers threw in some new problems and gave an overarching answer by trying to tie down all conflicts to 1 situation. downgraded to a 7.5 and that is also only cause they did so well on the romance scenes and had some good OST's

it's like a worse version of perfect marriage revenge. where the FL is wishy washy even in her second life. outside of park min young i feel no reason to watch to this drama.
