I agree, feels unfinished if Jingman finished off Bale and Babylon off camera. But I think they concluded it in this open ended way to leave the door open for season 2, but if season 2 doesn’t happen, it’s open ended enough for the audience to draw their own conclusions.

It is set up for a Season 2, whether that ever happens, who knows. I hope it does. So many unanswered questions and loose ends. What I want to know is why Jingman is all beaten up in the final scene? How did you come to be with his old taxi friends? Why did Babylon put a hit on them all when in the flash back it seemed like things were settled.

Season 2 for sure

I really like the way the timeline is structured and how the plot plays out. It reminds me abit of Moving. Constant time jumps and then somehow it all converges towards the end and links everything. It’s a nice break from the conventional chronological order

When Brother left the glasses and the camera focused in on it, I thought the same thing. There must be some significance to those glasses. But then we haven’t seen anything since. I have a feel the glasses must have a camera on it and it’s recording everything down there for (hopefully) Jingmin to see. But I’d forgotten about the glasses until you mentioned it. Really looking forward to the final 2 eps

I also do understand the boss saying to get to him before Bale does. Like why are you putting him on the mission if you’re worried he’s going to kill your target? And then why is boss man now hunting Jinman and Jian?

My theory is that someone from the team saved Bale by dragging him out. There is no way he could have survived otherwise

I agree and think he faked his own death. But will be interesting to see how they explain episode 1 when you can see him going into the furnace to be cremated

At first I thought maybe he was murdered and made to look like suicide, but after seeing how he actually did it, I just can’t believe it’s real. He’s gotta to have faked it, surely!!

From my understanding, he used to work for the mercenary company but then quit. And later he created the weapons online shop by himself. That’s why all the assassins are trying to find the warehouse of the shop to take ownership of it.

I think he faked his own death. I can’t see him going out that easy via suicide. Plus, the fact that he listens to that voice recording multiple times indicates that he doesn’t believe it was really Jian.
