There are quite fierce fans everywhere :D I have not seen much from him before but I am really enjoying his character so I will check out more dramas from him for sure when this is done.
Zhao Lusi I think has taken the crown as #1 Female Lead in C-Drama, everything she touches turns to GOLD.... This…
Hi! It's great that you are enjoying the drama and that you think Lusi is doing great! Please remember that comparing actors to each other are one of the reasons fanwar starts, so please just try to mention actors who is in this particular project :) Happy drama watching.
Someone tell me where this available with proper subs???I just watched ep 1 in YouTube & subs are not even good…
The thing is, as mango is the official distributor even if you go to an unofficial site, they don't sub themselves, they just take the subs from the official source. So since the original sub is not great, it's not going to be great in other places either. This also happens when certain mango shows end up on wetv, wetv does not do their own subs and just use the ones that come with the show. So if you are watching for the sake of an actor it's up to you if you find the setting, clothes, acting etc interesting enough to ignore the bad subtitles.
is this about the beginnings of communism in china? people were happy about that?
I am happy about the fact that Lusi has her first actual tv drama, which is aimed at a much bigger age demographic which will let more people see her :) There are actually some funny scenes and fighting and catching spies etc, which is a lot more then I expected. I even cried a little when Lusi was crying her heart out in one episode.
The first chapter with Lusi is in the 1950s, chapter two with Cai Wen JIng is in 1980 and then Guan Xiao Tong in 2019. So we get to see different settings with different plots. Which also means that each chapter has not that many episodes which in turn gives us a more compact story and not dragged out like some dramas tend to be.
The first episode is really fun! Mangotv subs are always bad but I am enjoying this anyway :) So I suggest you try an episode to see for yourself if you think it's worth watching even though the subs are bad.
Even though mangotv subs leave much to be desired I have finished all 6 episodes and I am surprised at how much I ended up enjoying it. I even cried a little.
I haven't seen Jing Boran in anything so I have no clue about how good an actor he is. But what I do know is that Lusi has chemistry with basically anyone so I think it will be fine no matter who she acts with. Besides his movie with ZDY Us and Them was well received so I don't have any complaints. I just hope the script is good and the costumes can shake it up a bit from the regular setup.
How rude to poison that letter! There he was minding his own business with his daughter and that happens :( It is sort of weird though how the poison didn't manage to touch someone else.
Happy drama watching.
