Han Pu is alive in the novel and it is Jiurong who dies instead, since he is one of Xiyuns generals there. The ML gives his life for the FL yes but there is a character who gives him more life back but it is not specified for how long he will live in contrast to here. They said that if they had not been injured the leads could probably have lived to a 150 but now they will live shorter then that. It was a few months ago since I read the novel though so I do not remember the details.

Well its my opinion that sisterhood stories is nothing new so I kindly disagree that I am lying. Compared to the majority of content coming out from China the quality here is obviously better. I like the story so far but that does not mean I have to think this is the first drama that is about women having a strong bond. I am not an anti so I am not sure why you feel the need to take that comment as one. The actors are good, the script is good. But would it have recieved 8.8 douban score that fast if it was not someone as popular as LYF? I domehow doubt it. Enjoy your drama watching.

I think marvelous wants to ask the people who have finished the novel since they are the ones who can tell what to expect :)

I found it quite funny as well. I've just started watching it and sure it's nice but its not like it's something completely new and awe inspiring.

Na I don't really watch cdrama for the romance I just want a plot I can get invested in, so preferably something that moves quite fast. I felt that the first episode were quite slow so I had to restart some since I fell asleep in the middle. Does the plot continue moving quite slowly or does it get faster? But my understanding of the plot so far is that WXS and BCF wants to be famous heroes and then stuff happens.

I really want to like this show but I can't seem to motivate myself to continue watching it. I am still at episode 9 and well I don't really feel like wow this character is interesting enough to follow. Does the pace get faster later? I have fallen asleep a few times during this so far.

A voice actor who took part of LLTG said that our leads did their own dubbing :) Hope this is true.
