So far I find it quite funny, although unrealistic, but there are shows that you aren't meant to take all that seriously. I find Nam-soon and Hee-sik both cute in their own way. Looking forward to seeing more off Ryu Shi-oh as well.

So Yetan can indeed feel quite annoying at the start, she will do most of her growing up after episode 12. So if you feel like giving it another go at some point thats when things will start to get more serious. But the comedy is mostly present through the drama, so if you don't find it funny at all it might not be your thing.
Chen Xing Xu has some really great acting that you will also see after episode 12.

Not really. Yetan wants to save her sister from getting married to a husband who won't love her and put her first, and instead ends up marrying him on accident. She annoys the husband, Youqin, quite a lot while she tries to escape so he has little patience for her at the start but he gradually comes to care for her.

It really is! I didn't really have any expectation and yet it became the first drama I binged in years.

My friend thought they made the word up 😂 I asked her if they would call a brothel a bookstore and she said no.

This is more similar to The Blood of Youth, plotwise, which became very popular due to word of mouth.

I found them quite interesting and they mostly took more then 1 episode to solve. I didn't figure out all the villains on my own so I would call that a win.
