Title Pursuit of Jade Spoiler
I am on episode 27 when will we get to see the Marquis in action??? Till now 80% of the drama he is injured and…
We don’t get so see the Marquis is any full blown action up until the end of the drama. His fight scenes got cut a lot. That’s one of the biggest problems I had with this drama. He was said to be great but we were never shown.

I heard she has her own makeup team. She likes that makeup style.
but to use the same makeup look for every character she plays is a bit too much.

He wrecked the enemy camp solo and I’m like “How tf did he do all that by himself?” Then the big reveal dropped and it made total sense why he was able to pull that off effortlessly. Duan Xu!!!! Now that’s what I’m talking about!

Deng Kai’s final goodbye to Qi Min:

From the very first time I met Qi Min, I knew this was bound to be a heavy, arduous journey. I still remember the first time I read the script-I kept thinking: you've had such a miserable life.

A bloody massacre in Jinzhou plunged you from paradise into hell. Now you eke out a wretched existence by your enemy's side, treading every step along the razor's edge, consumed night after night by hatred and fear. Those more than a decade of patient endurance and quiet preparation-how on earth did you manage to get through it?

I have witnessed your masterful strategizing on the chessboard of power, as well as the ruthless, unwavering resolve with which you confront your enemies. Yet I am even more keenly aware of the loneliness and profound sorrow that can never be concealed in your eyes. The sorrows no one ever knew, the scars etched into one's very being-none of that can be dismissed with a single label like "crazy" or "psychotic."

You have devoted your entire life to hatred and plotting, seeking nothing more than to avenge your parents and reclaim what was rightfully yours from the start. All you long for is someone who will not be frightened by your appearance and can treat you with genuine sincerity.

Yet fate was cruel to you, turning your hair white in youth, afflicting you with constant illness and inflicting untold suffering. You spent the rest of your life consumed by hatred, never once attaining what you had longed for all along-true freedom.

I'm very fortunate to have encountered such a multidimensional, complex, and vividly human character in "Chasing Jade." I'm grateful to the director and the entire creative team for their trust and openness, which gave me the opportunity to bring Qi Min to life on screen. I also want to thank every member of the crew for walking this journey with me; their camaraderie made our time on set truly heartwarming.

Finally, thank you, Qi Min. Thank you for letting me step into your shattered yet fiery life. Thank you for helping me be seen by more people. And most of all, thank you to every single viewer who has paused to embrace Qi Min and share in his emotions. It is your gaze that has lifted this person, tormented by hatred, from loneliness.

Qi Min, goodbye. You've suffered so much in this life: living in hatred, trapped in love, and buried beneath regret. You never once got to truly be yourself. How I wish the kindness in this world could transcend time and space, gently alighting upon you.

May you, in your next life, live with freedom and ease -whether as an ordinary person or as an emperor. May your body be strong and your loved ones safe; may you laugh wholeheartedly, love openly and without fear, and stand in the sunlight with integrity and courage
