I watched the finale and I think Park Ju Hyun was treated unprofessionally by her opponent. The opponent keeps her head down multiple times, been warned five times by the referee. Keeps locking her arms with Ju Hyun. The opponent might have won but I couldn't respect her actions and her lack of integrity. I usually don't comment but I just felt so strongly about it.

And you are right about that too. I like a man who is decisive but at some point in the novel Jing seems like lacking of this. He loves deep including his family and his family exploit that. And his many sufferings felt like due to his own incapability to punish those who did him wrong. Seems like very stupid to me. But I'm not Xiaoyao who doesnt desire any riches and status. She only choose the one who will only make her the number one. And because Jing loves deeply to a fault, she knows that she will get what the only happiness she wants.

In the early scenes in the novel it seems they are since FL mother [princess of xuanyuan) was married to nian's father one of the king of 2 remaining kingdoms[haoling/gaoxin). But later in the novel, it will be revealed that FL father was a general of the third and lost kingdom(shennong). Xiang Liu is helping the other general of that lost kingdom because he is his savior to fight war against xuanyuan who made the kingdom fall. Later after twists and turns, xuan will eventually be the only ruler and reunite the kingdoms in one rule but lost the only girl he truly loves FL. Xiang Liu will die defending the lost kingdom. Jing will go through so many pains and suffering but due to his unwavering loyalty will get the FL in the end.
I read the novel and Xiang Liu will do many selfless acts of love without the FL knowing. I know he's somewhat tortured soul. But I cannot get pass how abusive he is. So even acts of selfless love will not convince me otherwise. Because I feel so uncomfortable watching anyone be abusive I usually fast forward those scenes. Xiao Yao choosing Jing is because she just wants someone who will choose her happiness & safety first. Always. If that's boring for others then I guess there's something wrong with me. 🤣

So they are also the cliche in which the 1st half is good and 2nd half part of the drama is a downer. 🤷♀️
I'm sad that there will be likely problems looming with junho's parents. And I really wish that the last episode had them "officially together" in a sense that young woo acknowledge it or gave an affirmation to his father. Or even introduce him to his father. As always the case is always interesting and Minwoo for me has no redemption.
Maybe su yeon will be pregnant after the "maybe" one night stand and they will explore a woman's choice on the matter. It maybe put some perspective on woo young's mom. But it's not like I like her mom or something. But the topic is sure interesting to explore.
