Good Start(made me think of turkish series "Call My Manager"), Still im going to nag as many others did already, But come on the Africa thing was necessary, at least specify a location that won't be hard to find as yeah there's many war torn regions in Africa and many places where people r suffering from hunger and lack of water, that does need help in publishing how hard people lives in those regions, But not the whole continent. africa isn't 'Black' & 'poor' there's a lot of different ethinc groups and cultures that should be respected.
