The romance aspect at least in the novel was the force behind a lot of the things that happened. So I think many people will agree when I say the love between Chu wenning and Mo ran is one of the most important things in the novel, so i wonder how the series will turn out.

I read the book and I'm very curious as to how they will incorporate everything that happened in the book in the series, considering that almost every single detail in the book is important towards the development of the plot. I'm also curious/worried about the romance factor since everyone who has read the book can agree that the love between Mo Ran and Chu Wanning is the driving factor of many of the things that happen after and I'm also curious about how will everything change now that Shimei is a girl

Best drama of 2020. Their love story was so beautiful and his devotion to her left me without words. He sacrificed his life so many times for her. I'm glad we got a happy ending. Very well-written article.

This emperor is on of the few that I actually liked in a historical drama. Really enjoyed watching

I didnt know i would like another long drama and this type of genre after the untamed but I was clearly wrong. I absolutely fell in love with this drama. The character growth, all the challenges, and friendships they made along the way.
