No, you're completely right I had only seen a small clip but it was enough to get me ranting. Regardless of the setting, the parents were wrong to assume things and the friends wh told the parents are ridiculous too. Why would they speak about something without knowing whats actually happening? But you know what really made me mad? The fact that the parents said "they were open-minded" but then on the preview for the next ep they pull the "how can we have a homosexual son". So they are only open-minded when it involves a women and it benefits them

Lol me too, as soon as I saw that spoiler about her getting married I put it on hold because I need an explanation on why she has to get married. ZWY is a big a-hole if he basically forces her to marry him. If i am being completely honest I am sick and tired of writers pulling the same sht over and over again. Like why do one of the leads have to be basically forced to marry someone else and then they come up with the lamest excuse as to why.

a big nevermind. Its ridiculous how his parents just showed up at Joanna's door step and then said " Mark has a new girlfriend. It seems he wants to settle down." Like first of all who shows up to the house of someone you don't know even if its your sons girlfriend. Im assuming Mark told them about Ou wen but he misunderstood it was a girl. But UGH it boils my blood that they dont let them be happy for more than 1 episode.

so they get the bad guys and we see the leads together and they seem happy but then it skips to her best friends wedding and he is not there, and then it skips again she always looks towards his apartment. THEN one day she sees the door somewhat opened but he wasnt there but she starts crying THEN like mn before the drama ends she sees him where they work. Sadly I cant understand Chinese so I can only make assumptions based on what I see.
