I love the fact that the plot was not heavy, we have enough serious series' to deal with anyway. So it's good to have something light every now and then.
People complaining about the simplicity of its plot should just skip it and watch something to their liking instead of making mean comments. And I'm pretty sure the directors and writers knew what they were making. I think it was intentional they made it light. I loved to see happy characters living their life to the fullest.
It was so chaotic and fun I was laughing rolling on the floor at one point then again swooning over the chemistry among the casts.❤️

I agree with you. I'm enjoying the show. Very fresh and didn't fail to give me butterflies. At first I was a little sceptical due to some of the negative reviews but thank God I gave it a try.
The first few episodes were a bit slow for me but it got its hook from 5 ep onwards. The characters were cute and acted their age. It was a simple story and I loved that about it, no serious drama, just pure innocent puppy love. Also loved the second couple. Wish GMM give them more series as main lead, I saw potential in them especially Yos. I consider an actor a good actor when they can speak through their eyes.
Yi hyeon and Se Kyung's trip to the sea was so bl coded. I know many people are arguing over the censorship but it reminds me of early days of straight kdramas where it barely had romantic scenes. The leads would make eye contact and we'd lose our shit lol😂. So I'm fine with this much bromance. It shows the two are more than friends, their lives revolve around each other, not a single day passes without contact, always have each other in minds. The only part missing is they won't say "I love you" to each other, but the actions speak louder than. Words. They are like soulmates. Loving it so much.
I think you've never seen any documentaries on Korean School bully before. Not trying to defame any country but it's really crazy out there. The rich kids bully outcasts, the parents pay, the schools cover it up. Most of the outrageous school bully scenes you see in kdramas are actually depicted from reality. Exactly. He was portrayed as a gay negative second lead who was an obstacle to the main leads' lovelife. He shouldn't even be an obstacle to begin with considering the fact he was gay. They could have put him in a positive light and tried to change people perspectives towards the community. But it seems like the show was just so disrespectful. Idk may be I'm getting too deep into this but that's my personal opinion. And if I had known it was going to be another rich boy poor girl drama I wouldn't even have started it
