Wait, Jen / Jane kissed Jarb and now is pissed at Jarb for what exactly? He's the one who is in a relationship,…
I'm actually more confused at why Jarb is upset and giving up on Jen? Wasn't he like in love with him? Did that disappear despite Jen breaking up with his boyfriend (AFTER he cheated on him when he kissed Jarb, who kissed him back!!!)?
i can see Jeng liking Pat, bc he said he only gets approached by ppl trying to use him or who arent honest. Say…
Also Jeng doesn't seem to have got any criticism before from anybody. Not even from his brother or friend whom he went for advice from later on and got surprised that they agreed with this evaluation, so perhaps this is why he was taken aback and started rethinking his whole strategy of work and what made Pat to be intriguing to him (although Pat was just being childish and petty while drunk and not really the courageous underling Jeng might've thought him to be 🥲)

I have a feeling that Jeng knew about Pat beforehand or something and that could add to the explanation a bit. I mean Jeng and Jaab are brothers and Jaab and Pat are kinda in the same circle of friends, but Pat hadn't a clue at all?? i don't know something feels missing, and we're either going to see the missing piece later on in the series, or it is gonna be one of those things that we'll just try and ignore I guess as usual haha
OMG thank you!! Pat's facial expressions that he throws at every single thing that comes his way are starting…
Jeng's done it a couple of times already where he tells Pat to control his feelings and each time he does it I go to a teacher mode and I'm like elaborate more please 🤣🤣
I’m sorry but I need to drop a rant real quick. Oh Pat. Where did you come from? Clearly, NOT the School of…
OMG thank you!! Pat's facial expressions that he throws at every single thing that comes his way are starting to get on my nerves too!! Has he lived a single day in this world or was he born like yesterday? HE offends me too.
These productions are relatively cheap and tbh it was pretty decent as bl go, i can give you a whole list of much…
It is really very interesting. I've only known about the world of BL for a few months now and I can see how my own expectations got lower with time and I kinda got used to the low standard you're mentioning. I know this fact because I would not dare recommend most of these shows to any of my friends irl because I'd be super embarrassed.
I'm a sucker for a happy ending. I honestly think this is what makes many people stay with most Thai BLs. Still, the amount of toxic relationships, date rapes, romanticising emotional abuse, etc. are all really problematic and I'm happy to see other countries up their BL games so that they'd actually start competing and raising the overall standard.
To clarify, I am not talking about this specific series, because I've not even watched it. I'm just sharing my thoughts in general (admittedly unprompted).
I've been watching BL since the early 2000s (yes, you read that right. I started young) and I have to say nothing…
Unintentional love story, our dating sim, The End of the World With You and the ongoing series "the eighth sense" are all great shows from 2023 though 🥹
This one was one of the very first BLs i've ever watched and I'm gonna always love it because of that, but man did the couple really do the literal bare MINIMUM and got away with it. This could perhaps work better as a great bromance than a great BL
I liked this series so much, it warmed my heart. I loved reading the manhwa even more. It's unproblematic when portraying the love between two men falling in love. No top/bottom, husband/wife tropes and stereotypes that bother me so much in the world of BL that I'm comparatively new to but already care much about. Everything was on point in the series, even if the kissing was your usual not so satisfactory kdrama type of thing, but one manages haha
