Other than the 2 main girls there's actually not a single other likable character, wtf.
I don't even mind most narcissists or characters with bad education, but in here most males (other than the male friend from when they where kids) are just assholes without a brain.
I just hope they don't destroy Chae Rin's character by making her a villain or making her useless. She's kinda badass until now and probably the only reason I'm still going to give this 1 or 2 more episodes.

Physical therapy doesn't have gory operation scenes, it's actually what happens after those operations or treatment of some diseases.
If they focus on the patients you won't see any gore but you'll see many many hardships and problems, mostly focused on the psychological side. Sometimes that can be harder to see but this show seems joyful :)
