Not sure if I'm imagining it. Or wishful thinking. Third could have just kept the stupid video and said "You step out of line again, and I'll post it. You don't, I won't.". Especially after the flashback it doesn't make sense for him to have deleted the video AGAIN.

I thought the funeral scene at the end might have been a flashback to the previous funeral scene at first, but I can't really put my finger on it why, it doesn't match the rest of the funeral. With the conflict of the parents and brother and what's his name accusing Kum and him saying he already told the police everything? The scenes just don't really match in my opinion. It might be an editing issues as @aren said.
Maybe they wanted to make it more super natural. Or Jin will strengthen "his power" and start talking to Anda and they wouldn't be able to do that with the headphones only or something like that.
Why would he still attempt to use the earphones at the funeral, when he knows they don't work normally and he hears Anda through them? Also weren't the earphones supposed to be used by Jin and Pod? (Spoiler!) But now Jin just hears voices by himself?

Oh, true. Did they have a going on a date episode though? I think if they went somewhere it was always in a group. And in Depth of Field, I really don't recall any date. I haven't yet watched "My summer of you" and "Your Summer, My Storm"
