When i saw this drama I knew that one day LYX will become a bigger and famous actress and now it's true....Same thing with Zhang Ruonan, I saw her in "Love is all " drama and instantly knew that she's gonna be famous.

I enjoyed this, didn't expect much from it though. I don't know what people are expecting here....it's a republican melodrama! it's meant to have a sad ending. Ren Susu's hesitation is justified and so is QIngyi's love-hate rantings. They are human beings and human beings are meant to go through denial although some of there actions and dialogues were completely ridiculous and cheesy but since it's a drama it's understandable.

Ok, i found that part on Youtube, I guess the translations for the extra episode ain't working on those sites. Ziji did say that Simu will be mortal at the end and it was the price she had to pay....Thank you for putting up with my stupid rant.

Somehow i didn't see ZIji saying that particular line, I watched that extra episode from both My****ntv as well as k****h and there Ziji said she can save Duan Xu and it's a reward as Simu maintained the mortal and spirit world and Duan Xu had a great resilience . She respected them and thus granted them new destinies in the name of the lord of fate. Now one can always interpret the new destinies as Simu becoming a mortal after losing her powers and Duan Xu coming back as a mortal.

Maybe Simu didn't really become a mortal, they just want to spend their lives like a mortal or it might be that after passing the throne to Xu Chenying Simu thought of becoming a mortal....But i don't think either of them became a mortal cause that won't really justify Duan Xu making a comeback as a mortal.

So the people here are saying that there are 2 endings, one is open and kinda sad while the other one is happy but acc to me i think the so called 2 endings are connected. In the end Duan Xu becomes a spirit from that jellyfish just like Xu Chenying (maybe by absorbing Simu's aura) and stays with Simu forever and all of this was due to the reward from the Goddess of fate. So ep 41/special episode is an extension of episode 40 where it is shown that how Duan Xu returns back to Simu.

I actually liked this show ...I didn't really have much expectations cause i know expectations might lead to disappointment. Although the ending was quite tragic but then again Republican dramas are known for their dark storylines and tragic endings... BTW Wang Churan was looking so gorgeous and beautiful in this drama , I couldn't takes my eyes off her. Hats off to the costume team . And Ms Ye is also very pretty , I hope she gets main role in the future...

I really hate that 2nd ML's mom. Whenever she comes to the screen I feel like kicking her ass and drowning her inside a bucket filled with soap water.

Well it's true that Hyen wook would have died either ways and I guess the app loves synchronizing incidents. As we know when the wish has been granted the wish maker will die after 24 hrs. So that timer gave Hyen wook some time to live and then it ends and Nari's wish gets fulfilled. It's kind of mutually inclusive event.

"Timer starts when the wish has been granted". "Timer of one person stops when timer of another person starts". That guy's exam wish was already granted and his timer started. While u can see Se-ah and Na -ri making a wish after Hyun Wook did none of their wishes were granted soon enough so none of their timers started hence Hyun wook had to die.

I dropped it after the first episode.

I liked him very much in Story of Kunning Palace.
