BTW anyone else kinda anoyed that they hired a judge who doesnt even watch verticals? Is it bc they want a totally fresh perspective??? Hes got a great charismatic presence- but I appreciate the input from the other 2 vertical familiar judges and their perspective much better!

Okkkay... I might be party of one here watching this. I'm an avid Cdrama Vert watcher. So I decided to try out this variety show, bc I wanted to find out who the next big actor's would be if I tried some Kdrama Verts... Ummmm... wait... you mean its about director's !!! Yeah Im not detail oriented- I could have inferred the title/synopsis better.., Oh well... 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ Ill give it a try anyways.... annnnd an hour+ later. TOTALLY GOT SUCKED IN!!!

#2/#3 It was mentioned in ep 1 that ML specifically wanted a cultivator as a bride because he needs to form a blood pact with the nearest of kin (his bride since he has no family) so when he goes through each of his perilous 5 trials, when he is soooooo absolutely close to death each time- that kin bond from the blood pact might give a tiny reminder of hope/reason/ connection to the war demon to fight for survival and be enough to bring him back from the brink of death each time. BTW I think ML was highly amused at FL’s fervent and earnest promise to burn incense and paper money for him during QM, holidays his bday and death anniversary, and even promised that if she has children they will also burn paper money so he is not poor in the underworld.
