Revisiting this page because I'm considering re-watching "moment at 18" and I honestly just tear up every time I see his MDL page. Not because he is a person that has passed, because he was a celebrity or even because I am an ASTRO fan. The thing that makes me tear up are the comments directly referring to him, like people wanting to confide in a friend. His friends and sister who always talk fondly of him and have that bittersweet expression when he's mentioned. You can just really see how much he did for others and how much he means to so many people, not because he's a loud person, pulled a lot of attention and always made sure everyone was paying attention to him, but rather a rather quiet support, someone who helped people fall back onto him when they're down, and his presence is still such a big support eventhough he isn't doing anything actively on this planet anymore

You really did do well and can be proud of yourself. I wish the hope and confidence you instill on people will never die down.

Considering the fact that there have been shows in the past with twins as leads I honestly don't get why the actual twins haven't been chosen yet, especially if the company wants to avoid fans getting upset if each twin character gets a different love interest... do they just not wanna give them big characters so they don't have to pay them more...?

Also the finale was clearly missing Jinwoo (and other cast members but I just absolutely adore Jinwoo)

Ever heard of second-lead syndrome? This show somehow gave me second, third, fourth and fifth lead syndrome -- seriously Jinwoo and Suhoo were obviously made to be first and second lead (I do prefer second lead personally, just because I sadly didn't like the first lead that much and don't even know why) but Hanse and Jebi really became my favourite duo (Hanse's just great overall). Jebi and Dami actually were insanely sweet together and I just wanted to see more of Eunhyun (also he barely interacted with most characters which I'm kinda disappointed by bc the character did work pretty well with the others)

The people that are putting it on-par with Extraordinary you are a bit over-exaggerating imo but it is so good, especially if you like that lighter, webtoon-esce feeling - if you're considering watching this show please do it

I'm just worried that he and his brother might get paid quite a bit less since they're basically never mains and therefore the company might value them less... Also having one of them have like a big main role might make it easier for people to recognize them individually (yes, I very much belong to the people who has to look up which one of them is in which series and forgets later on anyways since I suck with names)

I am at a point where I really wanna see the twins schedule - there is seemingly always at least one of them in nearly any GMMTV show and then there are ones like this one with both... how do they have the time to be in like everything?

I feel like they rushed one couple since they were worried, that a lot of people would drop the show if it was 2 slow-burns -- also they kinda made it fit with at least Bisons personality

They should watch unforgotten night first, makes the expectations for anything in live so low that no matter what the next show it, it is definitely better

The Kant and Bison ship to me is pretty obviously the "main" one - more screentime, first pairing introduced (the second only came to exist bc of them) and the "I'm glad you're dating my brother" was towards Kant (+ more fanservice / outwardly romantic interactions), although both were great and Fadel-Style imo had the more interesting arc imo

What isn't, dude's a lover boy in the weirdest possible way, at least his dad is "normal"

Honestly the entire cast had pretty good chemistry with it each other, great casting on including Firstkhao and Joongdunk as the two main couples since they all at least seemed like they enjoyed acting with each other and were all really good at it and they portrayed the relationships between the characters (lovers, brothers, best friends, becoming friends and whatever you wanna call that between Kant & Fadel) really well imo

Honestly I'm just disappointed by the ending - I chose this series to watch due to the cast (both actors and production crew) including people who have been in shows which have a pretty clear message and I feel like they, as artists, just chickened out of the message the show had / should have had just to please stereotypical bl watchers (and I use the word stereotypical bc a ton of people would prolly prefer it if the message was before the "happy ending")

... I think disappointment really is the only word I can use to describe it and it isn't even a situation were you can ignore the last few minutes bc it feels incomplete without them (honestly the real end still doesn't feel complete - it feels like the main characters are pretty much exactly in the same spot as in the beginning and the others haven't had much growth either and the ending seems pretty open as if they want a second season)

Why is the second season of Solo Leveling here? - When did they start adding Animes and then only the second season? I just noticed it because I wanted to look at the announced drama but ok

If you haven't seen it yet, they've managed to get to profiles of the actors up now, dunno if there's any information on any staff generally available or any other roles that will appear in the show but the necessary info has been completed and considering this show seemingly isn't from a big studio and has new actors I don't think it's easy to find out about every detail

I don't know if it's only volunteers but there are a lot + everyone can sent in infos to shows / actors and the people in charge (which do also include volunteers) have to approve it - if they don't they might sent you a dm as to why they didn't

If you have Discord you prolly could find out more but googling it can be kinda annoying since there are obviously shows called volunteer and similar

Btw if you know other Vampire BLs with a similar vibe you could try adding them in the "recommendation" tab if you think others might like them since there also isn't anything yet and I personally find them helpful a lot of the time

If "the others" refer to vampire BLs then I sadly have to tell you that Vampires are one of my two most disliked things in any show (watched the one with Jiwoong who's now in zb1 back when it was still recent tho)

Also I find it to be completely understandable that they struggle with keeping up, especially since it is volunteer work and there really is a boom in the industry and 7 countries are quite a lot to keep up with, lets just hope they can manage to continue running this site in a similar manner as they did till now since it'd be sad if it were gone

I tried to sent in the forms for the other two main actors (sadly I couldn't find much about them but it seems to be their first projects so that's why they don't have profiles yet and therefore aren't added into the "cast" section yet

Maybe they'll try to get some more volunteers to do the managing for the site in a bit which would help them

If anyone's curious about it - the other two actors currently don't have profiles on this site since it seems to be their first acting jobs but the dramas official insta (@mysecretvampire_official) follows all of the actors if you wanna follow them

This drama was like the first time ever I saw smth of a show (Dongyeols story) and didn't instantly find it through MDL, guess they're either kinda stressed right now or some of the mods just currently focus on their real life more than this site (understandable tho)

Apparently it's inspired by Taming of the Shrew by Shakespeare but never read the original
