I really have to praise Neo he was filming Cooking Crush and Only Friends at the same time Boston and Fire are…
For such a long time he was one of the most underappreciated actors of the company but if you look at his older roles you can see how much potential he has eventhough he mainly played comedic relief characters back then
I should have read some warnings on this series. Cute show, beware of endingðŸ˜
As a pretty big enjoyer of sad endings and as someone who often times doesn't care about deaths, especially when we didn't know the character too well this was an absolute doozy; just rewatched an edit of Kim and Way and perfectly remembered how sad I was when Kim was announced to have actually passed (the acting really helps to explain why this hit me so hard; I've absolutely adored the actors in other projects as well but they really performed very good here and actually all look and act quite young aswell)
I love how your relationship to this drama just slowly progressed in the comment section - th e very raw and pure experience of watching the masterpiece (in a negative way) Unforgotten Night; I feel like human kind should be required to read through the comments and review several times a year
In Studio Wabi Sabi's "Next Page" livestream ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZUyW4VERHUo ) they mentioned the characters name and also summarized the plot; the trailer for the series shows at 1 hour 40, the character introduction at 1 hour 48:
"Tae as Tong", "Benz as Tho", "Art as Sorn", "Aomsin as Khaning", "O as Four", "Golf as Khiang-Dao" and "Pie as Khob-Khate"
and the little summary at 1 hour 49:
"Star scope is the story of Khob-Khate and Khiang-Dao, who were together since high-school. Suddenly Khob-Khate was gone from Khiang-Dao's life without any word. But one day, Khob-Khate came back with the truth that he's very sick. So, Khob-Khate wants to keep the promise that he will stay beside Khiang-Dao."
[...]
"The special thing about the series is that there will be two endings. There will be both a bad and a happy ending. You can choose which one you want to watch"
This isn't an exact quote from the subtitles since I left out like two sentences in it and there were also some gramatical errors and they switched between writing one of the leads name as "Khob-Khat" and "Khob-Khate", I just wrote it as "Khob-Khate" since that was the name used during the character introduction
The names are also spelled differently in the stream than how they're spelled in this side but I think it's obvious enough to see who's who
The "together" in the synopsis probably stands for "dating" since they dated at the beginning of the pilot
I like this drama, but at the same time, the plot can use some help. i dont even understand why spirte thinks…
I think he's just jeaulous, he was forced into playing volleyball whilst his brother got to choose what he wants to do and was also able to leave with the "nicer" parent; he also sees that Sprite actually has friends and I've seen someone speculate that Zee might also have a disorder relating to him having problems in social situations
I mean he envies his brother so now that he sees other people deciding that his brother could take over his life it was too much for him and he wants to take over the life he sees as easier and nicer - they could show that more, I hope they will in the following episodes because as for now Zee just seems like a dck
Finally got around to starting this series (there are too many coming out in November/December, make it stop😫😂).…
It is really painful how everything is always released at the same time and then there are times with almost no releases, epecially since you sometimes forget series you wanted to watch once there is less airing but just straight up forget about the show later on
Wabi Sabi's official YouTube channel uploaded a Pilot for the show:
The leads seem to have dated in the past, broken up and met again later (they get back together) and one of them has an illness, at first it was only mentioned that he will loose his memory due to it but later in the pilot it mentioned that he might die from it so it's probably gonna become pretty sad (typical Wabi Sabi fashion)
I can't get past the character of Nail. Why would all these masculine gay guys be attracted to such a ladyboy?…
Maybe personal preference (ever heard of that?) Also I feel like Nail's character is a lot more believable to be popular than a lot of other characters in other shows with a similar fate (for example Jun from Jun and Jun, literally every character wanted to date him whilst we saw no personality at all); Nail seems very confident (and I personally also find the actor pretty attractive) which a lot of people like in a potential partner / ons also there aren't as many characters head over heels for him as in a lot of other shows
Also it's by the makers of Unforgotten Night, you should lower your expectations, it's already a huge step up in a lot of people's opinion
I'm also very curious why you felt the need to mention these guys being masculine or why you defined Nail as "ladyboy" whilst he's neither trans nor very feminine but instead just has a few more femine attributes which doesn't fit the definition of the word
I love how many times I recognized an actor from another BL, a lot of Taiwanese BLs somehow related to the HIStory series but this one took it to another level, kinda wish they somehow got we best love actors but I guess that would've been nearly impossible especially since both of them somewhat distanced themselves from the bl world and also seem to have a very complicated relationship towards each other
there is no Korean version... And yeah...they should have used real voice for authenticity
The produce series, which Girls and Boys Planet are the unofficial continuation for have Japanese and Chinese versions and also JYPs A2K (America) had basically the same concept as Nizi Project (Japan)
It is quite unlikely, especially since it's officially listed of part of the HIStory 4 line-up and we already had HIStory 5 series released but hope dies last, there have been other series that just got released out of nowhere
I really hate the poster and the synopsis but this drama is so good, it's one of the few shows I think people…
Reading through the entire synopsis again after the drama: It's trash, idk why they tried to sabotage themselves, they could have written so many better things and the main couple really doesn't matter enough in the drama for it to basically be the only characters really mentioned
I really hate the poster and the synopsis but this drama is so good, it's one of the few shows I think people should watch not for enjoiment but rather due to it's message of acceptance with other and yourself (it's also enjoyable), I've seen people praise the Netflix show "Sex education" a lot but criticizing that it basically forgot what it set out to do in later season which luckily didn't happen with this show due to it only having one and in my opinion it's just straight up better (although there obviously were some not so great scenes awell) but overall it really is worth a watch and I' highly recomment it
It's a lot better than Unforgotten night, but Unforgotten Night was Unforgotten Night so I don't know whether that's impressive (Nail's fun tho, absolutely love my bratty, kinda self-absorbed characters)
he doesn't look like he's younger than me but holy crap I guess he is ðŸ˜
He really doesn't look 20, he's acting with a 26 year old in twins and I thought he was the older one of the pairing, but at least he could play more mature roles more convincingly
