Have you noticed the T-Shirts Arm and Gun were wearing? It says in the front "Der Winter naht" (trans. Winter is coming) and in the back "Eine Insel für Menschen" (trans. An island for people/human beings.) and beneath it says "Spaß und Freiheit" (trans. Fun and freedom).
I think it really sums up the dynamic between Gun and Perth. Gun is Perth's whole world/island but for Gun it is currently like his blossoming feelings like spring for Perth got a cold turn like the winter is coming.
