I just come from another drama page in this site where they were saying why is this drama not a 9? for goodness' sake is not even that good. But this is an 8.2 and it's amazing and this is coming from a girl that has to have romance as the main focus, which this didn't have. We do get it but very very slow paced. Like snail slow hhahahah. Also no kiss, and I wonder why? is he young?

Romance is not the main plot.

This has been my favorite Bin Bin drama; He was freaking adorable. Was this the best drama ever? nope. In my opinion it wasn't. Were they the perfect no mistakes flawless characters? Nope. The FL made him suffer for a few episodes; they both had their secrets, they both made mistakes. To be sincere I didn't like the secondary couple, I wished we had more SC in this. Once again, I will mention like I did in Road Home how much I notice how detached these adults are with their kids, in this case little brother. I don't know if this goes on in China in real life but there is no emotional connection. Was Yan Shi a bad brother? NO. but how he sent him away how rarely we saw him talking to his brother on the phone, for me is too detached. He is a child for goodness sakes.
The romance scenes and things YS were so adorable.

But sounds like excuses for her not having as much scenes even if she wasn’t around the main cast they could of shown some development in her character maybe meeting a mentor even some guy who was interested in her even if he was never seen again or how about meeting a little girl who was dying when she was working in the hospital. It didn’t haven’t to be just her with Xiao Zhan

Four things from ep 23
1. Si Le is a saint, I could never.
2. Hao Yu why didn't you say that to the ex since the beginning?
3. The invitation to the ex to house was just too early, her resignation for how delusional she was was too early. She hasn’t heal.
4. There is a Jdrama (don't remember the title at the moment.) that the ML's ex came back to his life and he was already in a relationship with the FL and like typical form the ex kept trying to meet him alone. We see he accepts meeting her but this ML did what no other ML in over the thousand and + Asian dramas and movies I seen has ever done. He took his girlfriend and said I am not going to have misunderstandings with my girlfriend because of you, I have no secrets with her so tell me what you want to tell me Infront of her. This ML deserves an award. Other ML's would never.

But I think is more than that, okay first why didn't he told her about being married since he saw her. Right away she showed interest. That is why the FL had to tell her to make it clear. Maybe as viewers we don't want to think he still have feelings for her and not just him but many more ML's we seen with this trope example GOONG or FADED TO LOVE YOU. But these male leads get weak in the knees and chock when they see the ex. If you really don't have one cent of feelings for that ex they wouldn't stumble with words. Wasn't that the night he went to drink with his friend, or he stayed in his work office thinking all night? Why? Maybe I am not as understanding as you or him hahaha. And by understanding, I mean feelings not that I don't understand what is going on in the drama hahaha
No one asked her to give up on training and why did she still choice to go back and not stay with him. I think his responsibility in a way stopped the moment she left him.

The moving of the sofa at least in my point of view it was to get closer to her, she wouldn't have sex with him not knowing they at least like each other and I don't he would try it. So, it was Yes sleep together but not have sex which he tried right away after he confessed.
What episode was that time when she was working overtime? I don't remember that. Which again I think he is trying to get near her and not let her create a barrier between them, but I also don't think he was trying to have sex with her only after he confessed. And I am not saying he is a saint probably he slept with his longtime girlfriend, but he was walking in eggshells, so I don't he is the type to push sex on her.

If I dislike something in Asian dramas is male leads who think they are responsible of their exes. They play the hero when the girl left them in the first place! Usually they pick their dream over their love.
Sorry I don’t have the patience to be as cool as a cucumber like Si Le, specially when this possessive husbands or boyfriends wouldn’t let them do the same if the FL ex is back!
