But isn’t weird that two other friends did notice Kenko was bully and that’s why they were nice to her? Why wouldn’t he had notice? He was in the same class or visit Yumi often. And exactly he didn’t notice her but did care only when Yumi was in Kenko’s body and he did something about it and only like I said cause Yumi was in her body.
I would of loved him defending “Kenko” which was Yumi before knowning that is was Yumi. At least two episodes more. To make it more meaningful.
I don’t think we have the right to say poor girl or boy when they commit suicide because they were bullied and we didn’t do nothing to stop it.
Also I agree that Kenko in Yumi’s body bully Yumi In her own body. And I don’t see it right. I don’t excuse it.
I been watching so many of this type of “romance” and I wrote “romance” cause for me it feels more like obsession. This reminded me like Kelly and Brandon in Beverly Hills 90210 after they dated and broke up if he dated she will be single and got all jealous and made scenes. Than he was single and she dated and he wanted to get back. Also how annoying that everyone kept getting involved! His mom and Cousin (which I found more annoying), the friend of both of them. The lead girl saying that the first girl he “dated” wasn’t a good pair for him but she didn’t listen any of his advices he gave to get about men. I really didn’t ship the leads at all. And dropped this at ep 33. 7/10
I thought the lead girl was the same actress from Martian Universe Yang Yang sister because they look so alike. But I guess not because the drama is not listed in her profile.
I got to watch this up to ep 12 subbed but the rest I watched Raw. Under this I will leave my review with the…
Take in count I only watched this subbed up to ep12 the rest was Raw so I had to somewhat guess but I think is easy seeing what happen without understanding 100%
I liked: •How cute the leads where together. They had great chemistry together. Like the actors were long time friends (I mean the leads) is like it was easy acting like a couple for them. •That she gave the second lead guy a chance when is not often seen. Even if they didn’t stay together. •The side stories, them doing a charity event, when they help one of her friends grandma, overall them being good friends to each other. •how great of a boyfriend he was most of the times. He was adorable and loved her to the end.
What I didn’t Like: •her being jealous of how close the lead got to a girl, when she spend a lot of time with the second lead guy. I just don’t understand girl like that, so is okay for you to do it but not your boyfriend. •That he hid things from her, when things didn’t go right he hid it from her wanting to make her believe everything was okay. That is not how a relationship should work isn’t it that you share the good and bad? •This goes with the previous dislike, that he dump her because things didn’t go his way. •the ending was a open ending? Did they stay together or they didn’t.
Also remember I saw after 12 Raw If I’m wrong leave me a comment of how really things when down.
I got to watch this up to ep 12 subbed but the rest I watched Raw. Under this I will leave my review with the spoiler option cause I will write what I like and didn’t.
I watched an old photo shoot/commercial with this two like two weeks ago and commented how I wish they had a drama together cause In the video they had off the hook chemistry. And I find this!!! Oh thanks drama gods!
Okay I finish this today and well I liked it and didn’t for a few reasons. Will comment below why with the spoiler…
1. The reason Kaga helped and defended Kenko was because he knew right away it was Yumi. Which the whole helping with the anti bullying wasn’t sincere. Why didn’t he do it before. I would of love his character 100% if he didn’t know so fast and still defended her. BUT maybe that his lesson he had to learn cause he was nice to her when she was the real KENKO. 2. This whole switching bodies when one is “not good looking” and the other is a “beauty” just leaves me more angry. Usually they say they learn a lesson blah blah but the “beauty” always wants to go back to their original body. If they really learn the lessons that beauty is what inside why such a hurry to go back. I know is more deep than that If we go more into deep, like their real family, being confused about who they really are if they don’t change back but still we only get to see a few minor details of what it is in dramas and movies. So that why I only focus on what is shown. 3. I love how them four stayed friends at the end. 4. I like how Yumi got to see how Kenko life’s was and it made her appreciate things she didn’t before. 5. Episode 5 and 6 felt so rush for me. 6. Watching the clip on the end credits made me rate this a bit higher than what I was thinking of rating this.
A few of them look a like, the brother who is always with him at certain point look like him. Also the other brother…
Well I kept watching cause I liked both secondary couples. The leads I think you will like but you know those type of leads aren’t my thing. Overall it was okay, it surprised me that I liked it cause I thought it will show a lot of fantasy but it wasn’t that much. I don’t want to say more in case you watch it.
I gave this 8/10 just because I did finish it and likes the secondary couples but I have to accept I did skip quite a bit.
In the past two years I been leaning more towards liking the secondary couples maybe cause I seen the same plot for the leads used over and over again either in historical or modern dramas. And this wasn’t the exception. Maybe for me is seems less drama less problems in the secondary couples cause the focus is not on them. The secondary couples were so cute here. The leads I just found them selfish. I also didn’t see the whole point of her turning back time because being together was dangerous and they just repeated the same thing between them on their second change. I felt more chemistry between Ling and Desert Princess in the short time they were together. Also with Chen and Zhan. Maybe I’m just not as Romantic as I used to be and the whole eternal love I never like or love another seem more obsessed incline than Romantic. I’m probably get dislike for comparing this type of romantic couple to the whole BELLA, Edward and Jacob fiasco but at least Bella accepted she did love Jacob but her obsessive love towards Edward couldn’t compare. Overall it was an okay drama for me.
The best king I seen so far in any Asian drama. And I mean how he manage his feelings. What it impress me the most was how he was with the first queen. I never but never seen a king in a drama react like that. I don’t want to say more cause it would be considered spoiling. The lead romance was good and all but seen in almost any historical Asian drama.
