The favoritism continues in ALD1, as the misogynistic guy becomes the leader... seems like being a boy kisser is a bigger scandal than being misogynistic in south kroea lol
This show has crossed into something deeply disturbing. It’s no longer about talent, growth, or fairness —…
Honestly, Geonwoo's treatment on this show says it all. No matter what happens, he’s always shown in the best possible light, while others barely get screen time or are edited to look terrible. It feels less like a fair competition and more like favoritism in action. Everyone can see that he’s being protected, and it’s disturbing considering his bullying past isn’t some rumor — there are real reports and real harm attached to his name. Giving someone like that a free pass while more deserving trainees are sidelined just makes the whole show rigged. Same goes to the other favorites of Mnet.
Found this on X. What do you think guys?"Rumors" about the show (gotten from @poom067)- A 9th member is…
These rumors make sense to me. Don't forget that there are different editors and different producers who favor trainees. It's all about politics and connections. They are playing around with the life of young people. Disgusting.
You want me to believe that Donggyu picked up the choreo faster than Yumeki? Come on... that feels hard to believe. Isn't Donggyu's dancer friend familiar with those choreos (same dancer and studio)? I'm not assuming anything, but it just feels kind of odd.
The Mnet production bears heavy blame - there is no way they didn't anticipate this fallout. It was a calculated…
Junseo definitely stood out with his drama in the first episode, and honestly, he’s quite pretty for a man. If I were you, I’d just hope he didn’t end up catching the attention of some old fart, or even someone with another bias who might see him as a threat to their favorite contestant. Could be anything, really.

Lmao, this is the entertainment industry.... the fact that his image got flipped so abruptly, after being shown in a positive light, doesn't happen by accident. That usually means someone powerful, a higher-up, a sponsor, or even a producer turned against him. Maybe a favor wasn't returned or maybe an ego got bruised. Let's not pretend the industry is clean. It's dangerous, especially when someone powerful takes a interest in you. The way I see it, Junseo is pretty much marked. This isn't about fairness or justice - it's about politics and connections.
