I love this drama so much. I've re-watched it more than I'd like to admit and I just did again! Maybe it's just that I have too many regrets in life but this always takes me on such an emotional roller coaster even though it's so light-hearted. Also, Sumire and Mashiro-kun are just perfect but I wanna be Rei's cat bride.

tbh I actually don't mind tsundere guys in general and I was being a little facetious with the grate on my nerves comment. He never bothered me that much. It's more just that a few of his characters I've never been totally able to buy in to probably because I'm old and he looked like a puppy to me :) Now I'm sounding too critical again but I actually like him and can't wait to see more of him in the future in more kinds of roles but I don't want to sound like a pervy old lady lol

I'm a shoujo/josei manga fan so I end up watching a lot of live-action adaptations and I also love asadoras more than just about anything (so of course I've seen Mare) and this "kid" seems to be showing up in lots of stuff I've been watching the past few years. He was cute and all but his more tsundere character portrayals have tended to grate on my nerves. Still, I've found him quite charming when he played other more cheerful characters. Then I watched Todome No Kiss on a whim since I found the premise kinda fun and what the hell...here's this kid again having the nerve to now be a young man all sexy and seducing women that are thankfully older than I am...and now I have to remind myself not to be a cougar...lol

Kahogo no Kahoko was my favorite drama of 2017! It was so good and just maybe had the most adorable couple I've seen in a drama.

No problem! It was the first thing I thought of when it happened on this. I'll be honest though Arifureta Kiseki was really slow and I didn't like it that much. All I really remember is being bored and the cross-dressing dad.

That ending was terrible, cruel and just plain plot nonsense not fit for a drama that didn't feel like melodrama at all. Seriously, I usually hate tragic romance stories but I would have been happier if they had just killed one of the leads instead. Ugh. I was really loving this right up until the end.
