I enjoy this drama. I do have the same complain like others - the ost. It didn't fit the fight scene and they should make it Japanese not English. Need more intense fight. Also, i wish Karen was the last survivor from a shinobi family so she could train and get stronger. Overall, 7.5/10 from me.
I'm here to express how i love princess Yang Ying so much. I know the probability is low but i really hope she would have a happily ever after with Yuan Lu.
I believe ZY & CL are confirmed now. Both are my fave. I bet they can nail the martial arts moves. I just have a small concern on the director and the screenwriters. I don't like their past projects. 😶 I want not a boring plot + many martial arts not rope here rope there, cgi here cgi there. Can they make it happen? Hahaha
I am ambivalent about this drama. The plot is interesting but I don't like the way it's executed, too many unnecessary things and too much silliness. Idk how to explain..I like they put martial arts in the modern world but I dislike the makeup and the CGI. Sometimes, they were odd. Nevertheless, i could still finish it.
What a cliffhanger! The story has the potential of HE. I don't believe YWS died and hate GSJxSGQ's separation. The director writes a novel of it and I believe this drama only covers a small part of his unpublished novel. Wufeng's downfall is too easy and many things are yet revealed. If he covers all, it might be > 40eps which I don't think stingy 🥝 will do 😅 Seeing the lack of promotion, 🥝 may not expect this drama would be a big hit. Why they released this earlier than the Story of Kunning Palace is still a mystery to me. 🤷🏻♀️
I love every single cast. The casting director did an awesome job. The Wufeng gangs slay, the Gong's men are gorgeous even the soldiers are handsome 😍 I wish everyone gained more recognition cos they deserve it.
Apart from the unsatisfying ending, I enjoy the whole journey. I will give the novel a try once published. Hope the director won't let me down again. 😅
Ep 15-16 are so satisfying! Bet a HE for YWSxGZY! Finally YWS knows her raven lied to her! I wonder if she will reveal this to SGQ......
I feel all Wufeng's girls in Gongs aren't that evil incl Lady Wuji. I doubt she is the real killer. However I also don't trust SGQ. She covers lies with another lie until i confused which one is true. Her real background and motive are still a mystery.
