Title The Flame's Daughter Spoiler
SPOILERS:currently watching and on ep 40.....The story is not bad but draggy and stretched out. Also, I thought…
Lol, Yin Xue’s past love is RuGe, not her mother. Her mother and RuGe have the same look, hence they use the same actress. Because Chinese believe your past life and your current life share the same appearance, hence diliraba acts as 3 roles. You can’t give birth to your incarnation lol. It possibly clearer if they use a different actress for Yin Xue’s past love, however, like I mentioned, in cdrama, it has always been portrayed that way for past life and current life.

Knowing ZBB’s character can’t learn the 9th level, Yin Xue did, and that helped him get rid of the cold curse, however, it trapped him (put himself in a mental coma), he knew it’s a coma and not real, however, he was willing to stay in it just so he can be with his love one as he thought RuGe’s happy together with third brother. His teacher invited RuGe into his dream to wake him up.

The world of anime and manga is full of high profile vampire stories. Hellsing, Trinity Blood, Blood+, Vampire…
The problem with the good vampire anime is that they are quite bloody, which totally unsuitable for the usual mild Asian audiences, that’s why none of the Live adaptations can live up to their anime counterpart. I love blood, but the rape scene was hard to shallow even though they didn’t show, but there was scene where she bragged about it, I’m sure it will disturb the casual viewers

Wow, u spotted the mistake which I or even the editors didn't, so points for that! :)All things from the history…
Just want to chip in, China has been doing bad CGI for something that is not needed to be CGI, I remember watching one of HuGe’s Xuan Yuan sword: scar of the sky, and they CGI his chopped off arm (that look like someone just put a black square on the frame) instead of doing it the old way where they fold the arm behind their back.... xD at least these stupid CGI give me a good laugh

I don’t know, maybe I’m too ingrained with vampire being a western thing, and China can’t seem to come up with original script that’s when they start doing vampire, I’m like here we go again. I know China has the 9 tail fox long before Korea and Japanese, but they were the one that made those themes really popular then China starts going: oh wait, we have those novels based on those tales. So in a sense, not really original. Also Chinese vampire equivalent is that of a zombie, a dead corpse, so there ain’t gonna be any romantic lol. Last and not least, China can’t seem to rein themselves, instead of just stick to the standard vampire attributes (or any supernatural beings), they always love to add a few superhuman abilities that just make it messy, unnecessary and freaking god like. The journey to one past’s self is actually a good book, however, when it got to the main lead’s love interest is a vampire, I almost throw the book! I found it unnecessary, and while I know why she use vampire (the idea of waiting for hundred of years is very romantic .... >_>) I felt it’s way out of place (Chinese god/fairy style + vampire -.-) anyway, the book has a drama adaptation, with really good premises until the vampire bit lol, but in the drama, the vampire dude looks like a crossdresser, complete with fake eyelashes that looks like it was gonna fall off his face, couldn’t take him seriously so I stopped! But I did went and read the book! The manga was so much better than the drama! My point is I’m ok with China not doing vampire, I’m fine with anyone doing vampire if they do it right, and original rather than just follow the trend

Is it possible that this drama can jump from a rating of 8.2 into 8.4 over night?I think at some point this show…
Well the admin said they have checks in place and will remove 1s or 10s if they are troll’s action, so let’s hope they are on it :)

Apparently if many rates 1, it’s a spam. But if many rates 10, it’s perfectly normal. I guess the majority…
Good to hear the 10s also got removed, initially I thought only the 1s was removed. Keep up the good job

Voting is a personal thing, you can’t ask someone to not vote 1 or 2 when there are countless who just vote 10 despite listing million of bad lol. 1 or 2 is on the rating scale, so they allow to use it just as 10 lol. There is bad impression, and 1 or 2 should let other know that there is that upfront bad impression. So it has as much info as 10, if not more. I don’t read good reviews, I actually enjoy reading 1-3 reviews as they can be more critical, but you have a better understanding of the drama. While all the 10 just go: it’s the best drama, and that put up high expectations, lead to high disappointment.

Whoever it is I really admire the time and patience you have to try to drag top rated shows down. The thing is…
Gonna be the devil advocate here: so you claim the anti fans tried to drag the rating down (which totally happen irl, I’m not denying it), however, ignore those alone (who could be the minority), unless MDL has a good way of telling who’s fake and who’s not, they could be deleting the legitimate one and make those people angry and do what’s the anti fans do, and it’s a viscous cycle. And even if those legitimate people didn’t do what the anti fans do, seeing their rating got delete, they could come back and put the rating back on? While I agree there gotta be a way to prevent these sort of things, is it so hard to believe your 10 drama is someone’s 1 drama? A better measure need to be installed for each time a person rate, rather than just going through a delete what seems to be against the masses?

Title Ashes of Love Spoiler
So many 10s O_Obut the summary alone seems confusing
Apparently if many rates 1, it’s a spam. But if many rates 10, it’s perfectly normal. I guess the majority win. Unless they can prove that those 1 or low rating are from the same IP or the same day, it’s terrible to remove bad rating because there is an off chance some might be fake. We don’t even know if all the 10s are legit either. Shouldn’t mess with it imo unless again you have very strong proof, but make transparent rather than just in silence, for all I know the admins could be such a fan that they can abuse their power.

How can this series have 9.6 rating :/ the acting is awful and cheesy. The cgi is bad. It's full of cliche, there are parts that make no sense, so illogical. I tried very hard to like it, coming in thinking it will be the most awesome wuxia of the year, how wrong I was, and could only stomach 2 episodes. The storyline has part of the return of the condor hero >_> hero with the misconception of being bad that could destroy the whole world, the whole school is against him because he's so good and special -.- then there is a pet owl... Also, I'm sorry but if you are supposed to be good in kungfu and learning to be fairy, a small owl should not hurt you... Also, to tie an owl up, do you 1 - spread its wing and tie it like Jesus on the stake, or just bunch its wing together, and run a rope around it? I tried to be open minded, but the bad acting, from yang mi to the main actor, and the illogical cgi and scenes are enough to make this a C series. Considering its full of actress I like, I'm not too sure I'll be able to stomach this bad series. You need to fully switch off your brain to handle this idiocy >_> I'll wait till it's fully out, so I can just fast forward pass the long winded cheesy predictable scene that drag this series into 50epi
