a bit boring but the main couple is super sweet, love their chemistry! them getting together & all lovey-dovey is the only reason i stick till the end ❤️ and i really hope they let the male lead use his own voice.
dropped this drama once before because of the voice dubbing. the way those voice actors delivered every single line... sound super fake & cringy! 😖 came back this time because of the high reviews & nearly drop it again - but forcing myself to stay by relying on the actors' visual, performance, chemistry and beautiful soundtracks.
i genuinely hope they'll just let the actors use their own voice.

they can't seem to capture the actual actor/actress at all. those performing actors' facial expression, body movement - all blown off by the voice that's not their own. it just doesn't sit well with me - i find it really hard to enjoy watching Chinese dramas where the leads have to be dubbed by voice actor.
aww ep 12 dance practice - did anyone notice how different it was when Zhang Ruoxi only barely held Lin Ruolei's hand & shoulder vs how he was towards Xia Mi? ❤️
i'm a big fan of Sabrina Zhuang, Bian Tianyang, Wang Chuan and Zhou Yiran but unfortunately couldn't manage to finish this drama 😭 will try my luck with their next projects.
personally like Simona Wang's visual more than Gina Jin (it's my first time watching both ladies' drama) - BUT Simona Wang's voice actor made me wanna give up watching this drama everytime i heard her voice.
and i ended up dropping completely at ep 6, it's just that unbearable... 😭
guess i'll just try my luck with Simona Wang and Wang Zi Yi's future works.
same as one of the reviewers, I've been having bad luck with Liangjie's past works especially the dramas where she had to be dubbed by a voice actor. but I'm so glad I picked up this drama - it easily becomes one of my top rewatch dramas. I love the fact that they let her use her original voice, it rhymed perfectly with her facial expression & the mood she was trying to convey. not to mention her chemistry with Joseph Zeng, it's just one of those rare occurrences i came across. i adore their banters and mature discussions! and Joseph Zeng just earned a new fan, so keen to watch his other works :)

is the FL's voice dubbed? love her visual (she looks a bit like SNSD Yoona, maybe her mouth shape?), but the dubbing makes her sound unnatural... but i adore how Mengmeng, Wenxing and both their parents team up to support Yu Hao and Kelan. Kelan and Mengmeng’s friendship is so sweet, i teared up a bit on eps 8. and watching this drama increases my appetite 😋
feels like it’s the ‘shortest’ 45mins, 40eps Cdrama - bcos i’ve thoroughly enjoyed every second of this drama. usually not a big fan of long episode Cdramas, but each episode feels so short i wouldn’t mind it at all if they extended it to 10 more eps lol. young Jianjian is soo adorable! her acting is so natural, and both the child actress and Tan Songyun portrayed Jianjian in a perfect sync. i’m in love with Jianjian & Lingxiao’s chemistry, Cancan + Zhuangbei are adorable, and wished Yueliang would've ended up with Ziqiu.
the main leads’ chemistry is just overflowing. they’re super sweet together, love them so much! Taotao and Baobao are so adorable, too. My heart broke for Huangjun, but it's a hard lesson i guess... the only 3 downsides are: -it seems so off that ML studies medicine but is scared of blood -rushed ending. they got together soo late, wished for more of their dating life -the FL and 3FL’s voice dubbing are horrible. personally feel the voice doesn’t do these two girls justice, it sounds so unnatural. love their visual, especially the 3FL (Linyou) - but the voice actors just don’t sit well with them at all. Linyou’s voice dub came out super cringy & fake, and i think that’s why most viewers found her character the least likeable.
whoa Wang Churan & Zhang Wanyi's chemistry is top notch! Enjoyed the first half of the story, when it was mostly comedy. Then got a bit boring once politics are involved. And, the voice dubbing didn't suit Wang Churan, her original voice is way better!
