One of my favorite dramas but those cgi dolphins were ridiculous for sure. Thankfully, they didn't push her perfect character too far and allowed her to make some miscalculations so she didn't become a "Mary Sue".

Way better than the frozen stare and then they slowly move toward each other and stand there with nothing moving where you have to fast forward cuz you know it's going to be a bore fest, lol.

LOL, HZ was even more of a match against the emperor than GYX as she never went easy on him.

He is seriously bad ass here. So cool this isn't just a slice-of-life show. Loving that it has this much action, change of scenery, romance. This one has it all. Agree, his character in Handsome Siblings was more low key, although I really enjoyed that series as well.

These boys could bring it home in the kissing scenes. No frozen, unmoving lip lock in this one.

I haven't watched it yet but surely not everyone as the ML can act; he was exceptional in his heavy role in Story of Kunning Palace. Maybe check him out there if you don't like this one.

In the PA novel, he was saved from the water and they were together in the end with her telling him she was pregnant in the closing chapter.

They lock lips, not in the super heated, passionate way you see from the younger actors in the mini-shorts but in an adult, slow, no need to rush way.

I didn't see the original so I'm excited to view this one. ML's acting in TLOSL was on point; playing an annoying character at first who becomes reliable as time progresses.

He was good enough for Netflix to pick up Handsome Siblings. Netflix usually only picks up the most popular c-dramas. I'm surprised there are complaints about him.

Agree, the flowing curtains looks beautiful but it made me hecka dizzy.

ML's fisherman costume makes it look like the difference between Superman and Clark Kent, lol. You have to suspend disbelief.
