I kept thinking “why?” and “how stupid can you be” when he handed it to her!

Do you know what name he uses on his Instagram account? I can’t find him. I put his name in but none of the accounts are the right one. If not, I will keep looking but at least I can look forward to it happening sooner or later. ☺️

@Sher1264 I had forgotten about that! She should have known that jr Dong would want to paint him in the worst possible light. He should have asked why she didn’t tell the truth when the chairman flat out asked her about it but he doesn’t want to hurt anyones feelings. He just looked so humiliated when SJ kept bringing up things about his family. I’m hoping she gets a little taste of her own medicine when JP’s grades drop because he has been calling and texting JD when he is supposed to be studying.
One last thing about today’s episode. I hope that sr Dong turns on jr Dong. He was not happy with him today in their meeting.

I know the money was why he didn’t walk out but I also think he really enjoys the time he spends with the chairman. For the first time in his life he has a man that treats him well(most of the time) and is a stable part of his life means a lot to him. But even tho I know it to hear him say to SJ he has to have that job to support his family broke my heart because he shouldn’t have to support that many adult people. I also thought today SJ needs to get a job or at least volunteer so she isn’t at every meeting that her mother in law has with anyone. She is always there perched like a bird so she can hear every word in case something comes up that may keep her husband and son from taking over HDF.

Couldn’t agree more! But Ho Rag when she was berating MR for calling KS and telling him where his dad was and she needed to keep her nose out of other people’s business pi**ed me off!

I just watched episode 55 with English subs. I cannot believe that SJ is still working so hard to get KS fired. I figured that was the gist of it when I watched it raw but to hear her non-stop talking about everything KS family has done to her just ruined any good will I was feeling toward her. And then when she came in while he was dusting the couch legs…which he’s not their housekeeper so why is he doing that?…and she starts on him again putting him down because of his relatives was the last straw for me especially when he buried his face in the rag he is holding after she leaves. I believe if I was him and they thought I was trying to kill the chairman because I’d been raked over the coals earlier because they feel I should take the blame for things my family has done, I’d have said if you think so little of me you need to find a new caregiver. Good thing he is nicer and more forgiving than me.
And HR confessing to KS that she used his dad to make KS like her was just too much. He told her if she continued to let his dad use her credit card he won’t be able to be around her anymore. You would think the whiny witch would have got the message that he doesn’t think if her as anything other than a friend. PS: I actually call HR Ho Rag not whiny witch. 😂
I was proud of MR for asking why HR and brother hadn’t told KS his dad was staying with them when they knew he was so worried about his dad.
I am interested to see how JD reacts to HR keeping her away from MR since her plan is to keep JD by her side so that they get so close JD will okay KS getting a divorce and marrying HR.

I have actually thought it would be funny if the husband starts to think that but more likely it will be jr Dong who will use it against him.

I feel so bad for KS because he has worked for the family for a while now and they all seem to like him and know his character so that is why I don’t understand how the family automatically took jr Dong’s word for KS “pulling” MR into a fight and took it all out on KS and MR just sat there meekly and didn’t say anything to defend KS against what “oppa” was saying. SJ continues to bring up old incidents that happened with KS’s family and she treats him harshly because she can’t stand that the family might actually like KS when he and his family are so beneath the chairman’s family social standing.
I keep thinking every time the lawyer in law calls SJ that he is the male version of her. They have similar personalities.

That scene was one of the best scenes of the whole show so far. I think you are right that making the porridge will be what gets KS into the company. Since KS is used to making big batches for the side dish store it should make it easy for KS to make a recipe for a bigger batch. Dong jr is not going to make it easy for KS at work. He will sabotage anything KS is working on to try to prove he is as incompetent as he told MR he was at the
academy. And I don’t think lawyer in law will be happy with him working there
either because KS will find out his BIL isn’t as money poor as he likes to make his mother in law believe.

You could tell he was shocked when she confessed. I hope he isn’t Mr. Nice Guy to her and doesn’t flat out say “I only think of you as a sister even if I was divorced I would still feel that way”. I didn’t like her before but when she confronts MR about calling KS about his dad she was ridiculous. MR only did what KS had asked them all to do because he was worried about his low life father not having a place to go. HR lied to his face when he went to her apartment saying it was her dad in the bedroom and she hadn’t seen his dad. She knew he was worried and if she was so in love with KS she would have done anything to ease his worry not lie to his face. She just makes me sick.
And looks like Ms. Dong is going to use KS dad to make Mr. Baker jealous. Is it mean of me to hope that backfires and she ends up more humiliated than she supposedly already was.
Why is HR in the hospital for JD and MR to go see. Does she collapse after she confesses and hopefully KS says he’s not interested in anything other than friendship? I feel she will try to make him feel guilty about rejecting her.

I was a bit disappointed in episode 9. The show has become predictable the last few episodes. I do think Michi needs to divorce Yo but I think she needs to be single for a while and not hop in to a new relationship with Makoto. I hope they don’t end it with them being together. They both need to divorce current spouses because they are miserable. But I’m not convinced that it’s love between them or two wounded souls that found comfort being together because they were in the same type of broken marriages. I guess my question would be had they not found each other would they just have continued their marriages as they were or would they have divorced and made their own lives without a partner? I guess I would feel better about them as a couple if either of them even considered divorce before they began their affair. Just my thoughts this morning. The final episode looked like it will be good.

I like it. There are times it drags but on the whole I think it’s good but that’s just my opinion and you may hate it so I’d watch 2 or 3 of the episodes and decide on your own.

They had a wedding according to the customs of where she was raised. At that wedding he wouldn’t make any vows about loving her and made up his own vows about protecting her. I think now that he has fallen in love with her he actually wants to make those love vows to her so he wants another wedding.

No, just one that wants to get revenge on the ML by breaking up his marriage because of ML’s brother’s relationship with FL’s sister that evidently the trouble maker was in love with. Of course, the trouble maker becomes friendly with the FL to make his revenge easier. Hope that makes sense. ☺️

I just watched it without English subs but I had started to think MR SIL was okay and I was beginning to like her character but it looks like she’s the one that pushes grandpa’s buttons and gets KS yelled at more by the chairman by bringing up past issues with KS family and their family. Can’t wait to understand what all is said between the ding Dong men because that cocky attitude of jr and that smile he smiles when he thinks that he is always going to be able to fool MR until she marries him and he takes over the company makes me want to slap that smile off his face. Sorry, I seem a little violent this morning. I think it’s because heaven forbid MR raise her voice to jr Dong when he is harassing KS. Again with that little tiny voice “oppa” that just makes jr Dong think she really isn’t protesting him doing it and makes it that much worse for KS.
