A competition is exactly what it is. He has hated TK since Crazy Jang broke it off with him to marry TK. TK was the winner in that round (in JH eyes). Now JH is out for blood to defeat TK and take what matters most away from him and to he** with those caught as collateral damage from his actions.

After hearing HR threaten MR over KS I so hope HR ends up with SD. A match made in hades but both are deserving of it.

@bejaffled Yes, that’s true. I don’t know what all the fuss is about DH being an ex-con, either. They all liked him and he was a great guy until SD had to make a big deal of it. I’m sure he will say he doesn’t want DH around JD but SD is not her father. DH has been so good to JD why would they think that will ever change except SD is thinking that room is his as soon as he can get the family to make DH move out.

I can’t imagine how badly his heart was hurting, hearing the way the chairman was yelling at MR. Outside the house he thought how lucky she was to be brought up in a place like that and then hears that. 😔

But the look on MR face when auntie called was like oh great another Dong wants to see me. She likes auntie so I’m sure she didn’t want to upset her by saying no but she should have. The Dong’s won’t leave her alone until she quits agreeing to see them.

I really need to go back and watch the beginning ones again. It’s been so long since I saw them I forgot the back stories of everyone.

When her brother had her call him while he was still in the US she acted like a 12 year old by saying come see me and hanging up quickly. I know that her brother was the one who had her call him (if memory serves me correct) because he knew she had a crush on him. I think maybe it’s always been in the back of minds to marry the two of them so the Huang Dong in HDF would be United as one family. Had the chairman not already arranged CR’s wedding to big Dong I think he would have agreed immediately to MR and JH marrying. But what is the old saying? Marry in haste, repent at leisure. I think MR would have regretted the marriage becaus she would her figured out that JH only married her for the company.

Too bad SD isn’t the outstanding person he thinks he is. I can respect DH who did his time, used his time well and came out with a profession. DH has a paying job and pays rent for a teeny tiny little room that now he even shares the space with freeloading SD.

SD has used women all his adult life to keep from having to work. But now SD has it so good he doesn’t even pretend to go out looking for a new prey willing to support him. Why should he? He comes and goes as he pleases, pays nothing at all to stay and eat there. Gets 2 or 3 hot meals a day. Doesn’t help in the store. Doesn’t bother to do any housework. Why would he leave? I wouldn’t…well yeah I would because MIL and I would not mix well. 😂

I thought she said one time she had been married 10 years. Probably when he was marrying the young chick and she decided she needed a young pup too and landed on KS.

Did I read right on a character description of HR that she has only been divorced a year but she’d also only been married one year.?

HR did not disappoint. I knew she would be at MR’s throat first thing. And what disturbance did MR make? It was after hours, nobody saw JH throw the punch and no one heard KS yell his name while pushing him. The only one disturbed was HR because MR was alone with KS but pushed HR’s hands away from his face and kept looking at MR. She should not be an employer. She has now threatened her employee. What is she planning to do if MR says “screw HR” and starts going all over with KS? She can’t stick her brother on him because HS has told her to stop acting a fool several times and her “father in law” won’t intervene because MR could buy HR many times over so the money will make it okay with SD. So she’s pretty much on her own. I just am so sick of her.

You know I’m a long winded typer by now. 😂😂

As well she shouldn’t. I think the Dong men will think CR is the weakest link and go in full battle mode.

If auntie DD sides with MR because of what she has learned about JH all he** will break loose in the Dong home and she may need a place to live as well.

We all know that JH loves only himself. The only thing he loves about MR is the fact she is the granddaughter of HDF chairman. And idiot that he is reminded her when he said chairman might kick her out of the family. I was proud when she asked him if she were just a normal girl would he have liked her. The dramatic flair of jr acting like he’s brooding in his dark bedroom when his dad comes in and sits on the bed. Those 2 faces were so insincere when talking about JH being in love with MR. 🤮 But JH has to convince himself he’s in love with MR for him to even have a chance to convince MR. But now his dad has ammunition when he goes to see the chairman about how upset and in love JH is, blah, blah, blah.

He probably feels he JH deserves it too. 😂
