Lol I agree. Most thai bls have either good writting and bad production/acting or bad writting and good production/acting. Sometimes it's just painfully bad and I watch it for fun. The only great thai bls (that I don't really consider to be a bl) is ITSAY and IPYTM. The ads are not suffocating...

I agree wholeheartedly with number 3. Somebody had to say it... I think it's going way to damn fast. The dad is horrible...just throw the whole man away. The neckclace thing is just out of place...maybe a bit later would've been more fitting.

If I get this right, Jai knew and was aware of whatever he was doing and kept this up because of his play?!? Don’t get me wrong, Teh is responsible for his actions, but Jai was actively, maybe indirectly, part of Teh’s actions. Finished this series feeling confused about what I should feel about it… However, I still love the show and the actors.

No matter the opinions on Teh and this show, we all have to agree that this is one of the most realistic portrayals of a relationship. Especially when it comes to young, innocent, and new love. The best outcome would be that both parties decide to grow separately, live their fair shares of experiences, and learn from them. Teh needs to grow up (emotionally) and Oh-aew needs to find his voice (without the implication of a lover or friends). So far, great show and I can't wait for the final episode!

I'll say kind of. This show is mainly focused on the straight couple so that's why the other couple doesn't have enough screen time.

Listen I don't care about your son's relationships. He's a grown adult and can make decisions on his own. It's not their relationship that is bothering me, at least not the main reason, it's the fact that he's not only a stalker but also a rapist. Like I said, at first it made me very uncomfy when I learned that they were step-siblings, but I was okay with it after, it's the way they portrayed the character that bugged me. I sorry if I sound bitter and angry to you, but their intimate scene hit very close to home. It brought back trauma and that's the reason why I got mad. When I learned that they weren't blood siblings it did bug me at all, at first it was icky. I didn't mean to say that your son was ''icky'' whatever he does is none of my business like you said. Anyways....

To be honest I agree with everything you just said. It's just so old fashion and cheap to use sexual abuse as a way for them to live happily ever after. I MODC, it didn't bother me either because both of the characters talked about whatever happened and we understood that it wasn't perceived as something traumatizing for Yu Xi Gu. For some reason, WBL rubbed me in a weird way, but I got okay with it after they talked to each other. Even in Given, he understood that whatever he did was sh**ty. So I guess, it's because we saw the reaction of the other was pretty positive and understanding that we didn't mind. BUT in this drama (History 4), he reacted awfully. He literally had to yeet himself out of the room and kept crying to his friends about it. The best part (lying) is that the guy is not only his stepbrother (they grew up together) but also a sick stalker that got him drunk ON PURPOSE to sleep with him...just...icing on the cake.
