New York is known for their racism towards Asians specifically...so many people were randomly hitting/punching…
When you say ... globalist ... do you mean that you *don't* want to be at peace with the rest of the world, and engage in trade, rather than war? Wasn't the federal system established on the very same principle ... because it's good for business, and trade & profit is generally preferable to war??

We are all people on this planet, and nothing is as simple as it looks from one's sofa. The problem with government is that it attracts power-hungry people. That's not a necessarily a partyline issue. Just like police departments attract high school bullies. It doesn't mean all police are corrupt, or all politicians (on either side of the aisle) are corrupt ... but that power, by its very nature, often attracts the kinds of people among us who should never EVER have power.

All I care about is that after four years, Biden will step down. Trump will NEVER leave office. After Trump dies we will get Cokehead Don Junior, or Eric ... and then Ivanka. Russia will take Ukraine, and Estonia, and Poland ... and march into Europe like Hitler did .... and you're okay with that, because ... Israel has a fascist dictator, no better than Putin, and Biden is trying to diplomatically effect change in Israel, without abandoning the Israeli people ... who are, themselves, also protesting against Netayahu and his right wing fascist cronies. Do you know what steps Biden is taking, that cannot be revealed to the public? Do you even know what policies he has already put in place for "we the people" ?

You think TRUMP is a reasonable alternative to Biden?
If you think Netanyahu is bad, just wait until Trump gets an itchy finger on the Nuclear Football, because someone has bruised his little narcissistic ego. JFHC!!
How many crimes, and lies about crimes, can you stomach from the US President?

A lot of this is the Trump effect. Trump is a long time racist, fascist, and criminal. He has taken over the disgusting, self-dealing, Republican party, and they treat him like a god. Shockingly, the rabidly religious 'Christians' are big supporters of this very un-Christian behavior, too. Trump has, by example, enabled formerly "closet racists" to become open about their hatred.

What's going on there is surreal. Thankfully Trump has just been convicted on 34 counts of Falsifying Business Records (as part of a conspiracy to cover up another crime). It amounts to Election Tampering, which is a federal crime. He will be sentenced on July 11th.

If Trump is elected in November, and gets to serve, that will be the end of free and fair elections in the USA. It's horrifying. Absolute pig of a man.

Eu/Western people are the ones that interact the most with people of different races that's why you see a lot…
In Western cultures (specifically, USA & UK) there is a huge difference between life in the cities, and life in the countryside. It's like 2 different countries. People in the cities are used to all different races, languages, ethnic foods, and different cultures. But people in the countryside tend to be more insular, and less experienced or knowledgeable about other kinds of people.

Your heart is in the right place, but this horrible racist hate towards Asians has been going on for a long time.…
No one has ever treated me that way when I was in New York.
I got cat calls, and was told I was 'exotic' (meant as a compliment), but I never once experienced racism (okay, I was name-called in elementary school, thinking back) ... but never from an adult. That's why it's so shocking. I lived there from age 7 or so until about age 30. The world really has gone to shit. 😟

It's a human condition not limited to the West. Treating people as groups instead of individuals is also wrong...…
That's a bit of an arbitrary percentage there, mate.
The percentage of racist assholes, across the USA, is roughly 37 to 40% - not 99%.
The rest of America is working hard to make sure to reverse the trend. The hateful right wing white 'Christians' are still crying over the Civil War, and are clutching their pearls that the white folks are no longer in the majority. Unlike Germany, America has yet to reckon with it's racist past. That time of reckoning is now fast approaching.

I'm quite shocked to hear this, since New York City, when I lived there, was typically very welcoming to people of all races and cultures. New Yorkers have always proudly regarded the city as the "melting pot" of the world.
I lived there for many years. Certainly, everyone I knew (and I was a regular on the rock music scene) were all part of multi-racial friend groups, from myriad cultures and backgrounds. I can not explain such rude behavior and am deeply embarrassed, as a long-time New Yorker, to hear of this.
I humbly apologize on behalf of my former city.

I do not excuse such behavior, which is inexcusable. I am all too aware that racial and political tensions are high in the USA right now. That's because of the 2024 election. The Former Racist In Chief (Donald Trump), has deeply damaged America's core tenets of inclusion, and openness. He is running for president with the aim of turning America into a fascist dictatorship, and we must not allow him to succeed. Trump is largely despised in New York, his own home town.

I regret that the Stray Kids encountered his kind of people in New York City.

They should do season 4, but the director is right the show was not intended for multiple seasons. It is important…
⬆️ ⬆️ Best answer, IMHO πŸ™‚ Also, as a 4th season, the bar would be high, so as not to damage the series' legacy. The ratings would soar if they brought in a pop-star/actor whose acting is up to scratch - like Lee Hong Ki (or Yook Seong Jae, etc.) - not as an intern, but as a specialist with unique skills. It would be nice to show that the great Kim Sabu is honest enough and willing to learn something from someone else ... despite being so fabulous himself. It would make him even more awesome. As Kim Sabu ages, the specialist could learn from Kim that there is also a lot HE doesn't know ... and cause him to broaden his scope ... leaving us with a potential 'next generation' teacher - or spin off.

Dongma gets hurt? πŸ‘πŸ½πŸ‘πŸ½πŸ‘πŸ½πŸ‘πŸ½πŸ‘πŸ½πŸ‘πŸ½!! Can't wait for that.
What an arrogant bully, treating Gabin like she has no brain, or will, of her own.
He's a entitled spoiled rich brat, a kidnapper, and a stalker. She said she wanted to go home.
I hope he dies a miserable death, and spends eternity in a landfill. πŸ˜‚ Your review made me happy.

Love ❀️ Kim Chul Ki - (the amazing 'Sagal Hyeon' from Gwanggaeto - who shot himself out of a cannon, and sailed through the air onto a castle ramparts, to open the gates for Gwanggaeto!! πŸ˜… ).

I would have thought he'd be a top star by now. Thank you so much for writing about him. πŸ™πŸ½

Am I the only one in the world NOT liking this series lol?!?! πŸ˜‚Even with the nostalgic vives of the series,…
The pace of life is much faster now. In those days, our attention spans were longer, because there was less technology, but it was peaceful, and nurturing. I can see how it might seem boring and slow-moving, but that was the genuine nuance of the time. πŸ™‚

For me, even though I never experienced those eras (70’s, 80’s, and 90’s)…. Something about it reminds…
I was a teenager in the 80s and it was magical! No hand-phones yet, but I think, perhaps, as a result, person-to-person communication was better. It was a low-stress time in many ways, compared to now. I'm so glad people of this generation can go back and get a feel for those wonderful times through this Anthology.

What a lovely overview. I've seen 1988 - but you have made me want to go back and see the other two! You're absolutely right - music makes the moment. πŸ™‚πŸ‘πŸΌ

If I were Korean, I wouldn't "get busy." Kids are not pawns in a financial game. Governments should make sure…
Low birth rate in Korea, caused by a 'perfect storm' of societal imbalances, is a serious issue for Korea, and Koreans. Easing the pressures of prospective parents is not a game. It's a responsible effort by government to help make having children feasible for those who would like to be parents, but are daunted by societal limitations.

Of course, the individual societal imbalances causing the difficulties must be addressed too, for long term national stability - but it's a start, and an admirable one. Korea, and Koreans, didn't come this far, through the fires of hell, just to dwindle away into oblivion as a result of low birth rate. Every new spark of life in Korea is cause for celebration, and I wish the happy couple every joy and success with their very precious little bundle of love.
