I can't visualize Qatar as a villain. Maybe he genuinely cares about him but another thing is, he hasn't told Khun/Koon that he as well can see the crispy bald zombie ghosts, there must be a reason behind it.
I acknowledge and respect Tao/Taw for enduring the "burden" (hope I don't seem rude) of having to take care of Khun/Koon to return the act, but for the current state and what I've seen is that he's selfish like all human beings are at some point of their lives. And from the looks of the teaser for the next episode, he's not going to stop there as he's going on to Thanwa's man. Then since Qatar decided to play hero and picked himself an enemy, he's probably going to die as well, but before that Khun/Koon will realize that Tao/Taw isn't the person he seems and that he's been cheating on him.
