okay i’m basically at the end of ep 2 and there is NO WAY that she’s actually gonna blackmail him… no wonder she’s got no friends and is an outsider😭😭💀
i had decided to watch all 3 seasons for the first time since i saw that this was the final one, and you could really tell the difference between all 3. Personally i think s1 was the best- we got to know and create connections between the characters and really get to know them really well, which made it quite emotional when someone would die, which is very important in a drama like this, since there are so many deaths. Also I really liked the family dynamic ig and how there would just be normal household arguments whilst also having funny and cute moments whilst there was just chaos going on. I had binged watched this season all night and finished it in one sitting it was that good.
s2 was completely different and imo my least favourite. There were too many storylines going on and too many characters being introduced at like the same time with little depth to them, which made it quite unemotional compared to s1. also the military route isn’t my fav as we can’t really see a family dynamic or whatever happening as the characters are always rushed to do smth, which is what kinda happened here where we didn’t really see much of the side characters from s1. There was also little screen time from cha hyun su which i didn’t like and also them killing off a bunch of the of characters?? not fun, didn't like that. This season was so boring that I just kept pausing and going on my phone instead, it was that bad.
S3 was much better than s2 but not on the same lvl as s1. s3 still carried on with a slight millitary route which i don’t rly like and i think there was a lot of filler when there didn’t need to be. I liked the yi-su storyline and found her quite interesting, but i think my fav character that was introduced would be chan young, he was good as he didn’t resort to violence when he didn’t need to and would put everyone else first, which was refreshing. One thing i didn’t like however was the build up between cha hyun su and lee eun yu which then led to nothing which was annoying especially since eunhyuk kept on bringing in the idea of them being each others first love, which was from s1 . i really was hoping for one romantic scene or at least one where they were hugging😭. Also the return of eunhyuk i feel was very anticlimactic. he was all like oh i need you let’s see if your capable ect to hyun su when in fact they both didn’t really do much in the final battle and just made it seem like it was gonna be this very big thing with lots of bloodshed and whatnot. anyways,the ending. the ending felt very rushed and left lots of things unanswered. I was hoping for some actual scenes between the charcters after they had settled into a new area but there wasn’t, which annoyed me.
Overall, I finished the whole series in a span of around 5 days, which is actually quite quick for me personally but I think it was because I just wanted to see more cha hyun su scenes as I think his storyline was very interesting, so s2 was quite literally a snoozefest for me, plus I wanted how it would end since I didn't have to wait for any seasons to come out, but I was dissapointed which could let me see and remember the difference in detail over the series as a whole more, and you could really tell. Overall it wasn't THAT bad but s1 was definitely the best by a mile, followed by s3 then s2.

The dynamics in the friend group are amazing and really made it just that much better. I loved the relationship between Ha Yichan and Cheong Ha but i really wished we got more scenes with them. I really wanted to see their relationship to develop further, and her reaction to Yichan’s accident and how they handled that. But overall it was amazing it made me cry so many times, both happy and sad tears and i think that’s what a good drama needs. Definitely gonna be one of my higher ranked ones.
This show is just… the amount of blank space between emotionless monologue with empty stares is crazy shared with the empty plot with such predictable lines and ‘twists’ made it boring as hell especially as it’s a revenge drama with like zero revenge. like really? we didn’t see like any repercussions and they just carried on with their lives. Especially 2nd ML when he was the instigator for most of the shit that happened. i wouldn’t waste your time unless u just want to tick this drama of your list as it’s short, but i don’t think it’s worth it.
