Lol. Sorry, I was thinking a group mostly because when PCH and room leader were talking in the dark VIP room back at the prison. The Room leader said "we decided to save you by turning you in BM." So I thought it be a group. But now going back and looking at it I realized I may be wrong. I still believe it to be at least one other person working alongside the room leader and it probably is the person whom decided to spare him which may be Jerry or may not. Who knows I guess we'll have to wait till next episode.

I believe this would make the most sense. Since I think that two heads or more than one head is better than one. As for room leader possible dying from the explosion. I think he knew he was gonna die and (though it is a bit of a long shot) PCH just might at the end take over Room Leader place and become one of the BM's. I only say that because I just believe that the Big Mouses be it a duo or a group are not the villain, the elder is and the Big Mouses are just people who want revenge because the law perhaps did them dirty. Or perhaps to take the law into their own hands for something other than what's at hand, that the law failed to do for them.

I came here quickly after watching episode 12 with my family to see what everyone else is thinking. From what I can see is that everyone thinks it's not room leader and it might be Jerry or someone else. So what I am trying to get at is most are thinking one person BM controlling a whole organization. However, I don't believe that's the way it may go down in the show.
1) Personally I believe it may be a small group of people whom are equally and collectively are BM running the organization. Or at least a duo.
2) I do believe the Room leader was just one member of BM. The second might be Jerry and there may be at least 1-2 more people who we may or may not know that are BM as well. And I say this because The Room Leader tells PCH, "we decided to save you by turning you in BM." That was back at the prison in the VIP room. So I just assume that "we" means others who along with him that made PCH big mouse in order save him. Going back after the day I posted this I realized that he told PCH to come back tomorrow at 9pm so he'll introduce him to the person who spared him. My mistake sorry.
All in all, I still strongly believe BM is not one person it may be a small group of four: rm leader, Jerry and 1-2 members we may or may not know. Or it could be just the Room leader and one other person. The person whom decided to spare PCH life. Maybe it's Jerry. maybe not.
