Is there romance? Is it mostly political? Or is it episodic (as in helping one person per episode or "arc")? I get frustrated at wrongful accusations will I like this please anyone?
I'm very frustrated because I REALLY want to love this! I sit though an episode and think it's good enough but nothing makes me want to watch the next one. Love the actors, love the setting... IDK WHAT'S WRONG. Clearly everyone likes it, please tell me the secret because i genuinely want to love this too!!
I loved HJE in Secret, but I find she always plays pretty much the same role in all her comedies, I gets a bit tiring. For me personally, the male lead is carrying this one.
Ok I realise 4 rage comments is a bit excessive... But come on!! All she does is loiter around and do nothing and when she does do something she causes irreparable damage!
One last thing. You know that irrelevant side character whose only use in stories is to be dumb and therefore explain the tricky situations to the viewer? That's basically how I see Jin Sung right now. Except she's MEANT to be a main character! Don't you think the story would progress just fine without her at this point?
EDIT: So as not to write ANOTHER comment I'll add this here. I really like the second female lead. Her flashback with Yeong Oh was really cute but I'm worried they'll write her to be that typical bitchy "second lead who's more mature than the main female lead so the male lead disregards her and she goes crazy"
Also that lady who poured water over Jin Sung's head. In what world is it okay for people over 5 years old to do that?? And to a policewoman doing her job! And what for a stupid reason! She can't investigate a MURDER because the doctor in question helped her? Isn't that what doctors are MEANT TO DO? It's not like she owes him anything, I'm sure she payed her medical bills... Long time since a drama's got me riled up like this! But there's still plenty of potential to cling on to... PLEASE DEAR WRITERS CAN WE HAVE SOME REASONABLE CHARACTERS!! Jin Sung really needs to stop being trampled over she's so weak and useless right now Yeong Oh will probably do a better job of investigating without her!!! rant over ! :)
I feel like I'm watching a bunch of kids gossiping and having petty childish feuds about what should be serious matters. Is professionalism not a thing is drama-land?! -fume- (but still watching!!)
Gintama is my all-time favorite anime, and I REALLY don't see how this is going to work... Oguri is one of my favorites so there's my consolation, but I'm not sure I'll watch it, the anime is just too special to me. But I hope it's a success! :)
The first two episodes were really great I don't understand what the problem is??? I found this much more impressive…
Actually I watched the first episode as soon as it came out and was severely underwhelmed before reading any feedback from anyone else. I haven't even been able to finish it yet because I don't find it interesting. Not saying it's bad, but in comparison to this I found it lesser.
The first two episodes were really great I don't understand what the problem is??? I found this much more impressive than DOTS while military is one of my favorite genres and I usually avoid music dramas...
SJK is extremely charming, and military is one of my favorite genres. I liked the bromance dynamic in the first episode, but I just didn't feel this deserved 9/10. I'll definitely keep watching when I have the time, but does it get "better"? (not that it's bad, don't kill me!) I'm just hoping because the premise for me has the potential to be perfect!
