We will never know with Joe, he hates Ming as much as he loves him. So I can't defend him 100%. That kiss can be either out of habit or because he missed him. all I know is that if anyone had made that offer Joe would have drown them right there but because it's Ming its probably a bit easier for him cause its a touch he is familiar with.
