Since BingYan was persecuted in that cruel case, I have never watched Chinese dramas again. Because BingYan, the…
I also hope to see her version of LNF but I guess it's impossible now by judging how Mango TV handles this problem. Even they don't release it, I'll just rewatch her old series time and time again when I miss her.
The thing that pisses me off so bad is that they bullied her so freaking much even before the tax scandal for…
Yeah. Its really unfortunate for her that she couldn't even enjoy her fleeting fame. This world is filled with injustice that the ones who did her dirty including that gege with numerous toxic fans are having the time of their lives while the girl's career is totally ruined just because of a small mistake. I hate him with a passion that I can't watch his new series no matter how many good reviews it has. But it was BY who opted to be silent all the way. At least I want her to continue what she loves even if it is not in China. I wonder why she refuses to move to another country like Taiwan to make a comeback just like ZZH did.
I've been keeping away from this page mainly for my mental health. YBY was and is my favorite Chinese actress and my love for her will never fade away even though I rarely check her news these days because I can't help being in despair whenever I hear of her news. Now she will be replaced by another actress on LNF? My sole reason to be looking forward to that drama is because of her. If she is replaced, I won't even bother about it anymore. Truth be told, how Chinese people abuse her really put me off watching Chinese dramas for months and until now I can't get into watching them again. I also stopped following Chinese celebrities news and uninstalled Weibo app already. Although she is on the threshold of being banned entirely to appear on TV again, I hope she will discover happiness in other things and be surrounded by the loved ones.
I guess it was wrong of me to start watching this while its airing. I've been restless waiting for the new episode and the thought of me suffering from this wait each week plagues me.
The opening episodes were gripping but the later ones weren't. After they got together, it became more dull and the final scene in episode 9 where that homeless woman told JKW that DDH must die for him to live put me off watching the next episode. How typical this plot device is. It's been used so many times that I could guess what she would tell him in advance. The main couple's chemistry doesn't cut it either even though they both are visually stunning. I'm better off taking the time to finish this instead of binge watching it.
It isn't the best thing since sliced bread but I could sit through it till the end. The comedy was on point and the ending was satisfactory in a fantasy Korean drama once in a blue moon.
You're right. As much as I love to see YinWar again, I have serious misgivings about the plot after watching the…
You're right. He seems to be inconsistent in his work. How are we going to believe in him to make a good thriller? Even the pilot wasn't attractive enough. Now that we discussed directing after the plot, I feel a lot more uneasy than before.😂

Just checked out the director after you mentioned him. I realized I've watched some shows by him but never finished them and I don't know much about him. Is there something wrong with him? I completely agree with you about the trailer. You're talking about Partners in crime, right? I also enjoyed that one more than this pilot.

I know it's still early to be critical of the plot but I really want them to act in a good drama. They really seem to be excited about this so I'll try to support them. Let's hope it won't disappoint us. I also expected them to make a fluffy romance series because Love Mechanics was quite angsty. But then again, they're keen on this concept as you said.
I just watch BTS of the pilot and while I don't doubt YinWar's acting, the whole concept is still dubious. I hate…
You're right. As much as I love to see YinWar again, I have serious misgivings about the plot after watching the pilot. I'm worried they can't pull it off because Thai thrillers almost never succeed in portraying the logical plot or smart characters. The trailer didn't impress me that much either.
That's true. I had trouble with recognizing their voices at first because they are so similar. Both of their voices…
Yes. I like both osts in this series. Do you also know " Would You?" sung by Meen and Ping? It was released for their fans. That song is really relaxing and soothing. I listen to it every day.
I can understand you were frustrated by Guy because his behaviours were confusing at first but you feel so bad…
Oh. I guess you got me wrong. I was never offended at you. I just didn't like Wal's character as you did. You're right. People can have different opinions and I didn't say you can't but I was really surprised by how you perceived that character's actions and just told my views. Above all else we are poles apart on his character and that's fine.
I can understand you were frustrated by Guy because his behaviours were confusing at first but you feel so bad…
Oh. Wow. I can't believe you felt sympathy for a person who tried to cheat and string along his friend who had a crush on him for years. Guy doesn't deserve hate just because he chose what his heart desired. He closed his eyes because he thought he still liked him. It was apparent from the start that he had a crush on him. But after he found out he had no more feelings for Wal, he pushed him off the bed when Wal tried to kiss him again. It was Wal who is always irresponsible. He tried to flirt with Guy even when he had a girlfriend who he never cared about. ( I feel bad for Nami.) After breaking up with her, he approached Guy again to replace Tew even though he knew Guy was confused, heartbroken and vulnerable at the time. He deliberately took advantage of that. What's more upsetting is that he told Guy that he wasn't sure about his feelings after his confession. It was like he wanted Guy to be a backup of him that always wait for him. I'm glad Guy could finally move on from him. He deserves a devoted person like Tew.
The director must be a melodrama fan or he might think innumerable obstacles between the main couple will bring the heat? It's already episode 8 but Tew and Guy must have their work cut out to have sweet moments according to the preview. After all those annoying scenes of Wal and Kenji in episode 7, I feel we deserve something sweet about the main couple but poor Guy is still crying. That's why Ping said he had to cry a lot and it was very tiring for him. Tew and Guy, especially Guy, has been crying since episode 4. I was over the moon when I heard there might be a season 2 of this but now I've pulled the plug on this thought because they ruined the good story and created unnecessary drama within a few episodes. Hope Meen and Ping will get much better projects than this.
