I'm missing Bai Qi, Lin Xia, Yan Jian, Xiao Xiao and the entire drama so much. I really miss the days when I had to wait impatiently for newer episodes. I still can't find other ongoing dramas so amusing like this to watch after finishing this drama.

I wanted to ask the same question too because there are a lot of negative reviews about it. But I've seen the main actor act in Legend of Chusen and his acting was quite good there. So, I'll try watching it despite the reviews. In the dramaland, we have to priotize our judgement before ratings and reviews. I suggest you to watch some initial episodes first to judge the drama.

I watched it twice and I'm watching it again. I know this is not a perfect drama but I really love it. All action scenes are amazing. I also love how Yi Qing always fights artistically with his dagger. The subtle romance between the main couple is beautiful and memorable. Though the romance is not the focus here, Yi Qing's love for Jing Rong is truly touching and they have so much chemistry. Thanks to the screenwriters, director and the crew for giving a satisfactory ending to this drama.

I know this is a late reply but I hope it'll be helpful for you if you haven't watched it yet. The main lead is so far from being a weak guy. Though he has been sick since birth, he is the strongest and smartest character in the whole drama. He is the one who has been protecting the female lead till the end. Also, there is kinda love triangle, yet it is a very slight one. The main couple have been together most of the time and they only fall for each other. Both of them are loyal and dedicated to each other.

I can't wait to see this drama. The trailer looks promising and I can already see Tono and Nychaa's amazing chemistry in it. Hoping for happy ending...

I totally agree with you about Heiqi. His appearance made me really excited at first. And that almost-kiss on the bridge too!If it had happened, it could have shown that both Heiqi and Bai Qi had the right to get the girl because they were just the same person. I wanted to see how Heiqi would fall in love with Lin Xia and how she would gradually accept him as one part of Bai Qi.

Your comment sums up what I think about this drama. I can actually see the interesting and natural relationship development between the second leads though they had very few scenes together. For the main couple, so much screentime was used just for fan-service instead of building the progress for the couple's relationship. So, I just want more screentime for SJ and SD.

2012 and 2013 had very nice Korean dramas. I really really liked this show. Lee Seung Gi's acting was just beyond perfect. I remembered this drama while watching CLOY. I will surely rewatch it sometime later.

Ikr. In fact, he didn't have to die in that way. But it's typical for Korean action/crime dramas to separate the couples at the end. Here, they let the main couple get together so the secondary couple had to sacrifice.

This drama is really not to my taste.I know I might be the only one who is watching this just for the second leads. The reason I didn't drop this drama is because of Seung Jun and Seo Dan. They are funny and have a lot of chemistry. I was interested in the first couple and the drama until ep 4. After that, the drama felt like an ordinary rom-com with overly cheesy storyline. I know I shouldn't expect realistic things from a drama, but things that happened in NK looked sooo fake that I couldn't make connection between characters. And that predictable villain too. It's like they are putting him there just for the fillers, not for creating the good plot.

Me too. I want to see better actress in this one. I don't hate Zhao Lu Si. I even watched some of her dramas but I think her acting is not very good. She can't deliver the emotions well most of the time. But I'll watch this as I like Zhen Ye Chen and this poor actor hasn't got many good leading roles so far.
